The host was so kind and thoughtful. They left snacks for the kids and everything we forgot to bring there was extra like sugar and coffee. The home had all the comforts of home and felt good to be in. Everyone loved it and it close to everything and far away you aren’t impacted by the traffic!

This is such a great stay! The pool and hit tub is amazing. The house is great and laid out perfectly! The best part is the fenced in yard for our puppies to play in! We loved everything about our stay and we plan to return soon!

The best of everything is here!!Location: Close to everything. Cleanliness: very clean! I felt every room was clean, and I was comfortable in any room.Amenities: everything is available! Plus some. Dog friendly: 100% yard is fenced in which was a huge plus for us!! Kid friendly:100% again… fenced in yard!Outside: pool is clean and very nice. Hot tub was a huge plus as the evenings got chilly. Yard is clean cut.Also…. Unlike many places we have stayed, this house had enough towels and lots of extras!!!

We had a great time! This property had all the right touches to make us feel at home and very welcome. Even for our dog! Wonderful hosts! Very communicative and thoughtful. Lots to do around the home, we ran out of time before we could check out the board games because we had so many pool days. We filled all the high scores on Galaga, we'll be back again to defend our legacy.

My husband and I spent our 45th anniversary week here and enjoyed it very much. We both work full time jobs on top of normal everyday stress and really needed a slow paced week, and everything we could have needed was here. We actually wouldn’t have had to leave at all if we didn’t want to. Thank you for sharing your little piece of calm with us for a week. We will share the information with our family and friends needing a nice place to stay when in the area!

Fantastic!

All the small details made this place stand out. I stay at a few places a year and I always leave a little sour that items are missing or under supplied. It just cheapens the experience. Everything was there! We even kept finding things to use in the kitchen. They even had a full pack of batteries I found in case the remotes for the TVs ran out. I’ve never found that before, and I appreciated it so much. The location was amazing as well. So close to all the places. Our family found our love of pool volleyball on this trip and had a blast in the pool area. Kudos to the owners on their attention to detail.

Awesome outdoor space

If and when we return as a group, this is our #1 go to, the house was fully equipped, nice and cool during 105 heat index, and the best part we had our own pool, what an outdoor space, Frank thought of just about everything, thank You for a great stay!!!

Absolutely wonderful

This home was centrally located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The owners think of all of the little things you may need during your stay. The communication from the beginning of our stay to the end was excellent. We loved the pool, hot tub and all of the amenities!! If we ever travel back to that area we will definitely stay again! Beautiful home and incredible hospitality!

Fun place, super host, close to PF

What a great find for our big family. Our first family vacay in the area had us in a super comfortable home very close to all things Pigeon Forge. Our hosts were very attentive to all our needs and responsive to any request or inquiry. Check in and out were a breeze and so were the directions - very easy to find. All of the amenities were as described and we had tons of space to rest and play. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and game room. We loved the huge couch and TV for movies in the evening. And the spacious well stocked kitchen was fun to prepare meals. Frank also provided a ton of fun outside game options. We hope to return in the future for more fun.

Great stay!

We would book this property again in a heartbeat. Pros: I don't know how you could stay any closer to Dollywood without staying on property. It was the most well stocked place I've ever stayed, beyond well stocked really - Like you are family coming to stay and they wanted to make sure you have everything you could possibly need. Great kid room with games and toys. The inside was very clean. Host responds quickly. Cons - heated pool was colder than we expected but we were able to keep the kids busy with the outdoor games and fun tiki bar. Backyard area was not as clean as inside but it's the woods in the south and we were able to wipe everything down and sweep thanks to them providing everything you could need. Backyard needed to be mowed so we stayed out of the grass but lots of patio space to play.

Easter Weekend Vacation

We all loved it! The pool was a nice extra. We have stayed many places but this is the ONLY place that literally had EVERYTHING we needed plus. The hosts are wonderful, they are nice enough to think of the small things their guests may need or had forgotten. The hosts kept in touch and ensured everything was good and helped out with any questions we had. They are truly 5 star !

Perfect Stay with Exceptional Amenities and Location

Frank’s communication was outstanding—he responded within minutes to any questions we had. The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations, providing everything we needed and more. He left snacks, toiletries, and coffee, and the house was incredibly clean. We appreciated the convenient laundry, extra towels, and dishwasher. The outdoor area was fantastic with a hot tub, pool, TV, and grill, making for a great night of grilling and relaxation. The location was ideal, close to Pigeon Forge and fun activities like Jayell Ranch, where we had a blast with horseback riding and zip lining. Highly recommend Frank and his amazing home!

Fun and busy getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well stocked, neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The proximity to Dollywood and Gatlinburg make for easy activities. Highly recommend!
