Communication was amazing! The cabin was amazing! The kids loved it. I really think my dad enjoyed the arcade games more than the kids! Cabin is very welcoming and just feels like home the moment you walk in.We had an incident with a bear on the property that damaged the trash can area. They sent someone out the very next day to fix it for us!The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was an excellent addition when we had a couple of rainy days.The cabin overall is awesome. We plan to stay again in the future.Thank you!!

Property was nice, however the AC was broken. Management knew this before we arrived. We were not given an opportunity to cancel or switch to another unit prior to our arrival. We notified management about the AC. Several calls were made but no response was made to repair the AC. First night was terrible. Too hot to sleep. The next morning a maintenance man was sent to repair the unit. We were told we did not need to be there. We made plans to go places with our Grandchildren. Just as we were leaving the maintenance man came. He informed us this unit was broken over a week ago, and parts needed for the repair were not coming until after we left. Long story short: Management was not very helpful. Offered us a 15% discount or no charge if we left that day. We had already invested over 600 in tickets for places to take our grandchildren. No other places were available on short notice. I talked with management to tell them I did not think this was good offer. They upped it to 20%. This was a bad weekend and management did not seem to care if we were happy or not. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Family Vacation

Great location, however this is not the typical vrbo house. On arrival there is no instructions on how to utilize pool, hot tub or movie theatre room. Sheets were dirty and communication with management staff was lacking. Arcades were nice for kids, but would welcome some info regarding property and nearby areas for travel. Also driving to house at night even with directions provided is dangerous so just beware.

Relaxing trip

Overall a great place, there were some things missing in kitchen but we made it work. It was extremely easy to contact and get a response to any questions. It could have been cleaner in pool area and hot tub. Kids had a great time on the deck and game room. Would recommend for other families.

Plenty of Room for Our Family of 13!

We get early enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It had plenty of room for our large family of 13 and the kids loved the pool! Please note that if you rely on Google Maps (as opposed to the directions provided by the property), you may be taken a route that has a very steep gravel road. Avoid this at all costs by using the written instructions provided by the property owners as part of the check in materials.

Beautiful cabin

We just spent several days in this cabin with my family of 6. There was room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The cabin was in extremely nice condition. The kitchen was well -stocked and we had no issue cooking in it every day. We did have one issue with the hot-tub, but with one text to the property manager they came out that day and fixed it. Just an observation, all pillows in all beds were quite stiff. If you need a soft/down pillow, I suggest bringing your own.

Rewarding family getaway

Pleasant and fun all around. They do need to have better maintenance on the billiard table as the pockets fall out of the table. But that’s the least of, if any, issues. Plenty of things to do. Location was fun to get to after a couple of days of driving down the mountain into pigeon forge. Once you get down from the mountain you are literally in between both towns. Highly recommend this cabin.

Amazing but needs updates

My husband and I along with our 3 boys 4,9,12 absolutely loved our cabin!! Between the game room, pool and theater room it kept our kids entertained! That being said there are several things that need to be fixed. First of all the doors, windows, and counter tops were dirty and there was a lot of dust. Here’s a “to do list” for who ever does the “fixes” 1. Chandelier on main floor bedroom broken 2. Pool table pockets keep falling out 3. Basketball hoop broken. 4. LED lights on bunkbeds broken 5. Upstairs toilet in bedroom keeps running 6. Basement toilet seat keeps falling off 7. Lower level tv remote broken/batteries? 8. Outside deck lights need to be replaced. (10) 9. Doors/windows need to be cleaned by pool 10. Need a skimmer for the pool. Many centipedes by the pool/in pool. - the pool area really needed to be cleaned. There was lots of dust and bugs in the pool area when we arrived. 11. Broken dining room chair 12. All windows were unlocked when we arrived. 13. Broken accessories by fireplace All very minor things. But all these add up. Thank you for making beautiful memories for my family.

Such a great time!

We had a fantastic time both in this cabin and the area. It had every amenity we wanted. The pool, hot tub, movie theatre and game room were all huge hits! Everything was immaculate and the kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked essentials. Communication was great as well. I only gave 4 stars for location due to the google map guidance taking us a scary way and because there was no view. I would highlh reccomend this property.

Beautiful House

House was amazingly beautiful. The decoration and bedding is great. The kids loved the pool, the bunk beds and arcade games. The only downside we found was the location and level of cleanliness. It is roughly a 20 to 25 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and the roads to get to the house are narrow and steep. The house was clean where you would expect it to be clean however the remote control fell under the bed and when we went to look for it we found a lot of dirt and hair underneath. There was also trash on the ground from previous renters (old corn on the cob and bags of chips) in the yard. We didn't mind this and it didn't take away from the beauty of the house. We just thought that for the price, it could have been a bit more cleaner.

Awesome getaway

This place was a very nice place. Only thing that was wrong was some of the dishes and sheets were dirty. Lots of wildlife also. Seen turkeys everyday and had a bear come by twice.
