We absolutely loved the cabin for our trip to the smokies. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything and more to cook out meals. The kids loved the horseshoe game and slide outside. The bedroom with the bunk bed had great gaming chairs and tv. We loved the large porch we spent many nights in the hot-tub, making s’mores using the fire pit and playing games on the table. It was a great location to all of the attractions in the area. We loved that it had a nice yard and off by itself to enjoy the quiet mountain feel. Check-in was easy and the owners were available to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the smoky mountains.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and the kids loved the sand table and slide. I wish we could have found the horse shoes to play that also. The management is quick to solve issues. Day 1, the maintenence man came out to fix the stove and the washing machine. Definitely recommend staying here.

Short Family getaway

Property looked just as pictured. It was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit. My husband grilled and I made breakfast outside on the eye on grill. Some lights on the patio and outlets inside went out a few times. We had to flip the switch on the breaker box. I messaged the owner and they replied right away. As a homeowner I understand things happen so I still would stay here with y family again,

Great place!

This house was perfect for our family! And the covered porch was absolutely an added bonus as it was pretty large, had a fire pit and table that we could all gather around. We spent almost every night and morning gathered around the fire pit, played cards out on the table and enjoyed the hot tub. I would also add that the rental company was awesome to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again! .

Fantastic Property

My friends and I stayed here for a short get away and this house was perfect for us! The house was beautiful and had endless amenities to entertain us. The pool was amazing and was where we spent most of our time relaxing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book again!

Nice amenities/layout but not clean.

We thought the layout of the house was great for a family. Being on the water was wonderful. Close to the beach. Ample space in the house.....but it wasn't taken care of and was dirty. Ice maker doesn't work. Many outlet don't work. The pool had no chlorine so it was cloudy (the cleaner came while we were there and fixed it). There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. Someone's hair was in the fridge. Someone's hair was on the toilet.. There is dust pretty much everywhere. The vacuum smelled like vomit when we turned it on to use it. The boogie boards were all broken. Overall it felt uncared for and unclean. But, there were ample towels, ample hot water, the kayaks were really cool and our kids enjoyed the pool when cleaned. I don't ever want to stay at someone's unclean home so we wouldn't stay again but maybe it wouldn't bother other people so much.

Beautiful home, wonderful trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Stephanie’s home. The home was immaculate when we arrived, and Stephanie was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We were a group of 10 young adults, and the home had plenty of space for us to hang out together and spread out also. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a tropical getaway— the pool, canal, and location to the beach can’t be beat!

Cocoa Beach

This property comfortably fit our family of 14. Located on a beautiful scenic canal, the backyard was perfect for both daytime and nighttime gatherings. The house was immaculate. Stephanie was readily available to address our needs whenever we contacted her. Close to beach, restaurants, shops and stores. Beautiful memories here.

Exceptional Property!

We are a group of three families with teenage children who stayed 7 days at this incredible property over spring break. The house was exceptionally clean and immaculate! Everything looked well maintained. You can tell the owners and their staff make cleanliness a top priority and care for it as if they lived there. There were 12 of us and it never felt crowded. There were enough beds for everyone - without someone having to sleep on a painful pull out couch. There were 4 bathrooms and all had showers. Our teenage children were never bored. Between the pool, pop-a-shot basketball, the ping pong table, kayaks, and fishing poles, they were always busy. Plus the beach was only a couple blocks away at Lori Wilson Park. Some days we walked there and other days we drove. Parking was free. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items and small appliances (except there was no pizza cutter) which made it easy to cook. The pool was chilly but warmed up as the temperature increased. A heated option would have been nice. The Banana River/canal was amazing. You could always see wildlife from the dock and while out kayaking, including dolphins, manatees, fish, birds, and horseshoe crab. In fact our second to last day a mother and baby dolphin hung around the dock and we enjoyed watching them! What an amazing experience! Our only complaint was that the patio area around the pool is very narrow and tight. There wasn’t much space to place chairs poolside and lounge in the sun. At the same time, it wasn’t terrible and we managed, but it was difficult to maneuver around people without almost falling in the pool or stepping in the landscaping area. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and will definitely be coming back again soon! Thank you for an amazing week!

Wonderful property on the river!

Stephanie is prompt to respond to any questions you may have, and the check in process was a breeze. Upon arrival, the house was super clean, and everything is marked so it's easy to find. The house has plenty of room for large families and the basketball and table tennis in the house was a hit for entertainment. We were there for Christmas, and they even had the house decorated with all christmas decorations and even a tree so we had something to put our gifts under. Perfect location to get to the beach, close to local grocery stores, and we were even able to dock a boat at the dock in the back of the house. Kayaks were a huge bonus as well, as the kids and adults all loved them. Highly recommend!!!!

Everyone was happy with it!

We had a large multi generational family group and this place accommodated us all. The pool and games kept the kids and young adults busy and happy while the older adults could relax and visit after long days being on the beach or touring.

Nice place

Very convenient location in Cocoa Beach. Easy walk to public access beach. Beautiful location on the Banana River. We saw dolphins, manatees and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the kayaks. Very nice neighbors as well!

Amazing location

This property was absolutely amazing. Had the best 4 days. The house was plenty big and spacious for our big group. During our stay we saw dolphin everyday and manatees a couple times. The pool was beautiful overlooking the water. You definitely won’t regret booking this property.

Fantastic home and interactions

The home was beautiful. Loved being on the canal - caught (and released) a bunch of catfish which the kids loved! The pool was lovely and the house was appointed with everything we needed. Great stay!
