This is our second year renting this cabin. It is fully stocked with everything we needed for a weekend away. The view is amazing!

On our arrival we were very disappointed to find a bunch of hair and a fingernail in the hot tub, the water smelled off, and the chlorine tablet floater did not have any chlorine tablets. We notified Vacasa immediately with our concerns. We also let them know that several of the dishes we pulled out of the cupboard were dirty but that there wasn't any liquid dish soap in the unit that would allow us to wash the dishes, only dishwasher detergent. Vacasa responded and said they would contact the local management and get things taken care of. We were given garbage sacks, paper towels, and a starter pack with dishwasher detergent and laundry soap, but this did not resolve our issues.We corresponded with Vacasa several times during our stay, but nothing was resolved. After going home, we contacted VRBO and they connected us with Vacasa. Vacasa admitted that our experience with the hot tub was unacceptable and that they would recommend the local management give us some reimbursement but had no control over their decision. VRBO also told Vacasa that they felt we were entitled to some reimbursement. It has been almost two weeks, and we have not heard back from anyone.

We went on an anniversary trip and had an amazing time. We loved the room everything was good except the hot tub looked a little dirty. We would definitely book again even with that small issue. Check in was easy everyone responded quick and we had so much fun.

My husband and I escaped for a quick anniversary getaway. It was absolutely beautiful. The home is tucked away in the mountain but you are in a neighborhood. You have privacy but share a deck with another cabin(something we didn’t realize). However, the view is beautiful, it was clean, the hiking in the area is phenomenal.

After staying in the area several times, and driving past this property on the way to-and-from several destinations, this is the perfect location for anyone looking to spend time in the mountains and smaller, less crowded towns in the area. Perfect stay for us!

Great cabin in a great location. Codes for door didnt work upon arrival took about 30 minutes to get resolved. Hot tub did not work. Management company didnt respond for 2 full days after they told me to locate the breaker under the sink. It wasnt under the sink but under the house. I found it and reset the breaker. Property manager came the next day and said the door under the house to access the breaker box is supposed to be locked, but it wasnt. Had it been locked, we would not have used the hot tub. That is the third property in a row in the same area without a working hottub upon checkin.

Booked house on a short notice for first time. Was not sure what to expect. But I am glad that I did. It felt home away from home. Kitchen was full of gadgets and utensils. Views was beautiful. Wish I could see the sunset or sunrise from the property. Outside jet-tub was not turned on , need advance notice. The property had plenty of extra bedding. Hot tub was good. Working washer dryer, dishwasher. Overall loved our stay. I will come back again.

Everything was perfect my wife and I fell in love with the place and are going to plan another stay.The only bad thing some woman open the door on us at bad timing. It was little awkward! Don't who she was very upsetting for us. I guess we will remember our 26 anniversary.

Cabin was cozy with a breathtaking view. My only complaint was the hot tub didn’t work. Our stay was a Wednesday-Sunday. I began texting vacation manager on Thursday. Tried the breaker, and I continued to text for assistance on Friday. I was instructed to be patient. No one came. I text Saturday and still no luck. Although the place itself is lovely, I was NOT impressed with hot tub or vacation manager. Having a hot tub was important to us. Otherwise, we would have booked somewhere else. The rest of the cabin and our trip was lovely.
