Hidden Haven was great location away from the traffic and congestion of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet still close enough to enjoy with a short drive. We had all the amenities needed and the cabin was clean and beds and furniture was comfortable. We appreciated the grill and swings!! Only suggestion would be a way to regulate the temperature better on all 3 floors. We keep the air at 71 all week to keep main floor comfortable, but that made the lower level really cold and the top level still rather warm, even with 2 fans.

My family and I stayed here several nights and enjoyed the peace and quiet the location offered. The property offers several balconies with rocking chairs and swings that we all used at the start and end of each day to wind down. The check in was very easy and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Quiet little slice of the Smoky Mountains without all the fuss of the strip and traffic. Plenty of things to do and places to eat without ever driving into Pigeon Forge. Cabin is well equipped for anything you might need!

Exceeded our expectations! Beautiful property, great size for a family gathering or friend’s weekend. Comfy beds, clean, and activities for all (games, hot tub, pool table, etc). Property is located in great location convenient to many outdoor activities and plenty of restaurants close (Elvira’s has a great breakfast). We will def be coming back! Thanks for a great weekend.

Great cabin for relaxing with pool table and hot tub. Driveway is a little tough backing out of but otherwise spacious and in the woods.

We stayed here for the Great Smoky Mountains 1/2 marathon. The cabin was wonderful and we loved it. The hot tub was great and the cabin was roomy and met our families needs. I did let the property manager know that they have squirrels living in the attic though. They were very noisy so sleeping in was out. Hopefully that can get taken care of. We also saw a bear on the property the first night which was amazing.

The cabin needs to be cleaned. This cabin was not clean the floors were dirty and cobwebs everywhere. The carpet needed vacuumed. The cabin had a smell that was not good. The area was nice and quiet the porches where great for morning and evening sitting. The hot tub smelled very musty and made anyone who got in it smell musty even after having a shower.. overall not satisfied

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Gem! The location of the home was nicely tucked away in the trees. Close to ice cream stores, general stores, the community pool, but far enough away from the tourist locations. No noise and plenty of entertainment for our family and friends. Our kids loved the arcade games, pool table and hot tub. The property manager made communication really easy for getting access to the home and the instructions for cleaning up were clear inside. For future renters, the decks/windows could use a good power washing, cobwebs vacuumed near the ceiling and making sure Hidden Gem is listed for the community pool. We had to pay $5 to get into the pool. But Overall, we loved it! The surrounding areas are so beautiful!

This was hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and quiet in a beautiful setting. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of on site entertainment. We very much enjoyed sitting in the porch swings on the deck as the sun went down. The Smoky Mountain area is a favorite place to visit and we’re hoping the rental will be available for the trip we’re planning for next year.

We rented this cabin for my son’s 14th birthday. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and there was lots of room that accommodated us perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 5 children 8 and under. The hot tub was a big hit. Communication with host was great. Plan to stay again in the future.

This spot was perfect for getting away from the traffic and congestion of the touristy areas. We accessed the national park and attended a local craft fair. Accommodations were perfect for cooking at the cabin when we didn't feel like going out. We loved the solitude offered by staying at the cabin, but simultaneously the convenience of driving to nearby attractions.
