The bedding had bodily fluids all over it, the coffee pot still had coffee in it, some of the dishes were dirty, the listing didn't advertise that the rooms have varying steps throughout the cabin, the picture for the hot tub is not what it looked like at all. The hot tub is at the end of driveway, with no privacy and a spotlight shining on it. We tried to work this out with the owner and never got any reconciliation. All that happened was after several hours of us waiting after our bedtime, someone dropped off a new set of sheets. We had to clean, buy a mattress pad, and lose sleep. We were told someone would come by the next morning, but they didn't show and then owner messaged later saying they couldn't make it but would try later but by then, we didn't want to lose any more of what little time we had there. This caused so much stress that it completely ruined our anniversary trip and the only time I had off work for a whole year. The owner didn't offer any compensation.
