We had a wonderful family stay at Cedar Bear Lodge, it was a perfect location for us, easy drive to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. We loved having such a comfortable home base to relax in each evening. Owner is very easy to coordinate with. The space was perfect, the kids had their own “clubhouse” area downstairs that they loved.

We enjoyed the stay but the bathroom at the kitchen was not cleaned upon arrival and I was not made aware till later in the day by one of the ladies. It was a good house and thankful for the views, rooms, and property.

The cabin is great! It’s a traditional cabin and I love that. So many of the new ones being built now aren't. The layout is perfect for a large family. It would actually be perfect for mine, and I look forward to coming back with my whole gang instead of just my husband and I. It’s also in my favorite resort so that was a plus as well.

Family spring break trip

We had a great time at this cabin. It was perfect for our four kids ages five through 10. They loved having a place where they could all sleep together upstairs and then a whole game fun basement downstairs. There’s plenty of areas to hang out and everything was nice and clean. Communication with the property managers was Quick and easy. It was a great location just a few minutes outside of all the fun. The neighborhood of cabins is very nice and we felt very safe there.

An excellent experience!

We loved our stay in this family-friendly cabin. Our boys enjoyed the game room downstairs, the hot tub, the bunk bed loft, and the close proximity of the basketball court.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do some cooking. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again in the future!

Christmas Vacation

We spent 6 days in this cabin for Christmas this year. We had 4 kids and 5 adults. The cabin was very roomy and already decorated for Christmas! There were plenty of towels, which was great and very clean! Also, plenty of parking areas in the driveway. The communication with the owners was great. The location is just far enough away to get that real cabin feel, but close enough to where you don’t have to drive far to get to everything. We loved this cabin and will definitely use it again in the future!

Fall Break Trip

My family and our friends had a great stay at this cabin. It is in a convenient location close to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood is peaceful and the cabin is close to the community pool and playground. It was not warm enough to utilize the pool but our three children had a lot of fun at the playground and the common area. The cabin is great for a large family or two families. There is a comfortable master bedroom on the main floor, another bedroom on the bottom floor, and a large loft with a lot of beds. The cabin is nicely furnished with plenty of convenient supplies for a relaxing stay. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party; there is a large dining room table along with quite a few bar seats. The owners checked in on us multiple times before and during our stay to answer any questions that we had and to make sure that everything was going well on our stay. Overall I recommend this cabin due to the location, the neighborhood, the condition of the property, the layout of the cabin, and the communication with the owners.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our vacation and the owners were easy to reach and very responsive! My only critiques would be that the lighting could be better in a few areas, in particular in the dining room where we worked on a puzzle and in the master bath, and we had difficulty being able to play shuffleboard, even after adding powder to the table. However, we all enjoyed the pool table, darts, and the arcade game; the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed; and there was plenty of room and comfortable beds for all!

Pigeon forge weekend

The cabin was well appointed, and the neighborhood was nice. Not as secluded as I had hoped but we knew that going in. Game room was fun and got a lot of use. Only issues are easily remedied: the linens were stained and should be replaced. The towels were dingy and scratchy…needs replacing very badly. There was also hair left on shower walls and in drain. The bed frames made so much noise every time we moved or turned over. Just an annoyance. Overall, we had a good time. I only mentions few things because they are easily remedied and didn’t affect our visit. And I should mention, one of our guests left their wallet and the housekeepers immediately texted me and offered to send in on to us. Went above and beyond and very honest!

Wonderful cabin getaway!

Spacious and beautiful cabin in the woods, so inviting and came with everything we needed during our stay. Pool was open every day and a short walk from our lodge, and we even saw a few bears! Highly recommend the owner and the cabin for anyone looking for a comfortable and fun vacation!
