"What a great hotel. Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Room was lovely, clean, good value, great location and ambience, but the service and food were even better. I had early starts both mornings of my stay and it was not too much bother for Helen on the front desk and Paul?, the chef to open the kitchen slightly early for me. The food was wonderful and good value and Helen couldn't have been more helpful. This is what an independent hotel / restaurant should be like. Thanks...

"Fabulous location for Sheffield Christmas market, shops and theatres. Exquisite building and decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was so spacious, modern and had everything we might need - including fridge, kettle, ironing board, an huge bed and a wonderful shower. I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend...
