"Stayed here 2 nights. The chef Elvis outdoes himself with Michelen star quality meals. The Crab Salad and Pork Rigatone were faultless. Best meals I have eaten in Europe. Friendly bar staff and spacious room with first class bathroom. Mattress needs replacing though."

"We stayed for 2 nights in a family room, our room was small for 4 people but had everything we needed. The sofa bed wasnt the best, however we asked for a 2nd duvet to put ontop of the mattress and they were bmvery obliging and helpful. The staff are very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean. The kids loved the sweets left for them. The filter coffee in the room was a really nice touch. "A lovely gem of a pub with a fantastic restaurant and friendly staff/hosts. A very enjoyable stay and will definitely return. Stayed in the largest of the three bedrooms. Very characterful and with a freestanding bath in the bedroom, decent double shower in bathroom and 2 comfortable swivel chairs in bedroom. It was very comfortable. Showing a little sign of wear and tear but not major. Only downside in bathroom was no overflow for sink, so no plug but it wasn’t a major issue. Had been twice...

"From the moment we arrived till we said goodbye the staff were accommodating, personable and demonstrated efforts to ensure we felt comfortable and well served. Lovely, comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast - buffet cereals etc and cooked to order hot breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and xame across as efficient and happy in their work. "
