"Carmel Valley gave me the gift of stillness and beauty. From the apartment’s little garden, the mountains opened wide before me, a view so magnificent it felt otherworldly. Wind chimes drifted through the air like something heavenly, carrying a sense of peace you can’t quite put into words. The apartment itself was cozy and sweet—close to the charm of Carmel Village, yet nestled in a quiet place that felt worlds away. And Jen, the host, brought a warmth and kindness that made it all the more...

"The studio apartment at Barlocker’s Ranch was perfect for our quick visit to Salinas. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed walking our dog around the property. Samantha, the host who we met upon arrival, was incredibly kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. All communication with the hosts was clear with quick responses. We hope to return in the near future. "

"The property is as described in this VRBO listing. The property location is very residential and amazing. A short walk both to the beach and to downtown with lots of restaurant choices. We were very happy with our stay on Fountain Ave!"

"Location great, lots of beach toys and umbrellas was really nice, maybe best for only 3 people as pull out wouldn’t be comfy for two. No stove was not great but we knew that going in. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Capitola at the Capitola Village 2 bedroom! It was very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! We could walk everywhere and never used our car. It was so nice to have parking, since it is difficult to find street parking, The apartment was very clean and kitchen was great! We also enjoyed a great concert at the beach! "

"We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay. "

"The Tuckaway was a truly magical property. We will never forget it! Bill did an incredible job when we arrived of explaining the very unique property and building as well as the surrounding area. The garden is just otherworldly. We so enjoyed happy hour there at the end of every day as well as meditating in the peaceful beauty. Highly recommend! Five minutes into town for phenomenal meals and shopping as well."

"This is our second time staying at this property. It is very clean, comfortable and a perfect location for us in Carmel, close to our favorite restaurants and shops, plus there is off site parking (very hard to get in Carmel). We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will definitely come back again"

"Visiting family in Carmel and found this amazing property last minute! From the check in process, communication leading up to our visit, and the property itself everything was 5 - and the location! Best location with off street parking! Will definitely be back and (reluctantly) shared this property with my family! Just hoping they dont book the week I want next year!"
