We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside...

"The house is adorable and extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I were obsessed with the bed and the amazing wrap around porch. Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. "
