"This property is owned by a larger management company. So had more hoops to go through after the reservation done here. Fill out an application AND send picture of ID. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing. The hotel is also far from the main amenities, which results in additional transportation costs. There is nothing within walking distance.
