What a wonderful villa! It is just as beautiful as the pictures. Right in the heart of Seminyak.The staff at the villa couldn't be more helpful and I would greatly recommend the 'Indonesia feast' that they prepared for us on the night of our arrival. A few things that might not have been clear prior to arrival:* The villa advertises that it is staffed 24/7. This means they are physically present in the house (private quarters) 24/7. I did feel a little uneasy knowing there were people in the villa and it was not locked while I slept (especially with kids).* The staff prepare the villa for breakfast quite early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper like me, you may wish to bring ear plugs as I was woken between 5:30am-6am each morning. (or sleep in the other building).* To settle the final bill (for food and drinks) you need cash or transfer via WISE.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week. Natasha, the property manager, was invaluable with our planning before we arrived. Made, head of staff at the house, was outstanding at helping with excursion booking, driver help, and meal planning. Four other employees helped keep the house clean, helped with laundry, and cooked meals. We ate more at the house than out and about because the meals were delicious. Bali Belly is a beast, so bring all kinds of stomach meds. Yoman was our driver for the week, and I highly recommend him as he is a safe yet efficient driver. His car is big and has great AC. Yeoman's Whats app is 62-815-5821-7944.The house and property were clean and everything we needed for the week.

The property did not disappoint! The staff was amazing and attentive. The chef prepared a delicious dinner for us twice during our stay. The villa is centrally located so shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The villa is very peaceful with great energy. I would stay here again and again. 10/10 hands down!

Absolutely fantastic stay. There were 9 of us ( 7 adults and 3 and 4 year olds) the house is fabulous, the staff were amazing and were just there in the background helping when needed. Location is fantastic with a large supermarket and great bakery/ coffee shop less than a 5 min walk. Communication with owner was fantastic and I would recommend anyone wanting to stay. Its fantastic for 4 couples or a large family group.

Our much anticipated stay at Villa Annecy was everything we hoped for. The Villa accomodation and location were excellent. The staff are wonderful. Natasha the owner is generous with general information as well as the services the Villa offers. The Villa staff are polite, accomodating but unobtrusive. Wayan is the perfect cook for delicious breakfasts and particularly for Balinese food. Loved our stay. Highly recommended.

We absilutely thoroughyl enjoyed every second of our stay at Natashas beautiful double villa home. The kids were absolutely blown away by the pool, the rooms and the awesome morning pancakes. Thank you for making the stay so comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely book again when we next venture back to Bali.

Staff were good. Beautiful and spacious property. Amazing pool. Good prices for fridge beers and drinks. Host helpful and responsive. Good location , short walk to beach and bintang supermarket. I had a birthday for 20ppl at the villa which went great. The only thing id say is bbq for party was expensive once we got the bill and we didnt have pricing prior, that hurt a bit but the host did mention ordering seafood can push the price up. Another small thing was that breakfasts were great cooked in house but wasnt much variety eating either indo or western with the same thing everyday. Other than that was great stay and would go again.

My family stayed here for four days in December. We are a party of 8 people and the Villa more than accommodated all of us. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice. It is gorgeous. It was kept super clean whilst we were there and the staff, whilst discreet, was already around to cater to our needs. We had two meals cooked for us whilst we were there: traditional Indonesian and seafood BBQ. Both meals were delicious! We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic villa close to everything in Seminyak. The staff are incredible! Very clean and spacious for larger groups. We had 13 adults and it was a bit of a stretch for available bedding but it would comfortably accommodate 10 to 11. Absolutely LOVED our stay. Highly recommend Villa Annecy.

We had 9 people stay in this incredible Villa for my sisters 50th birthday. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, clean, the pool is insane with a diving board and basketball ring which was a huge hit for the kids, the staff are amazing, the host was lovely and so easy to deal with. This stay was exactly what we needed to chill, party and have the best time with our family. Thank you Villa Annecy.

Our holiday was simply perfect as was the villa, and location. The staff at the villa were first class, so kind and helpful. We felt very spoilt. The villa location was perfect a 5 minute walk from town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Natasha is a wonderful host helping me with advice on arranging trips and things to do locally. I had some concerns before we left and Natasha instantly made me feel better after I raised them. Restaurant ideas were perfect and the villa arranged transport for trips where they can help.

Our stay at Villa Annecy exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment I contacted Natasha to book in until the moment we were delivered safely back to the airport, the whole process and visit was exceptional. Villa Annecy is maintained to a high standard, the staff are incredible, and the location is perfect! As a group of 6 mums, the layout of the villa was amazing for our large group. Everyone had their own space to relax, and we never felt crowded or on top of one another. The pool area with the spa and day bed was perfect for relaxing after a big day of shopping or activities. The centralised location of the villa was great for our group. We were able to walk to Double Six beach to watch the sunset each afternoon and quickly walk to Bintang Supermarket for snacks or drinks. Jl. Arjuna (Double Six) is an easy 5 minute walk away, and Jl. Legian is even closer. The team of on-site staff are wonderful, speak fantastic english and work hard to accommodate every request. From the coffee brought to us on the day bed first thing in the morning to the aircon turned on and the mozzie nets drawn before we got home in the evening, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as fun and relaxing as possible. If you are looking for an amazing villa in Seminyak, I can not recommend Villa Annecy high enough!!!!

Beautiful villa very clean and spacious. The staff were exceptional: there when you needed them but also discreet. The meals were delicious and good value. Lovely breakfasts. Good pool and lovely garden setting but perhaps the pool was not the best for infants although there was a barrier to the garden pool. The staff would spray the rooms which again was really helpful. A spacious well decorated Balinese villa.

First off everything shown is accurate- the property is beautiful top to bottom. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are wonderful. The beds are nice. The pool is truly amazing. But the staff. The staff makes this villa over the moon amazing. Dinners, drivers, laundry, and grocery shopping. You name it they can handle it instantly and with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about the property. Natash is amazing to work with as well.
