"We were in town for my son’s wedding at Purgatory, so the location was perfect. While the house was amazing, we all loved the front porch and yard. We played lot’s of family games. "The house was perfect for our family. Being able to ride utvs right from the house was a bonus. The house was exactly as described and we didn't find anything wrong with it. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals and we are a family of homemade meals. Check in was simple get the code and go inside and start enjoying. We would rent again and there are several lakes close by for fishing, win win!!"

"Nice location. Got to see turkeys and deer. House was very nice and use of garage was a big bonus. Only complaint was the smaller bathroom upstairs. My friends said they almost slipped in the bath tub. Not a game changer though. Parking decent for two trucks with UTV trailers. Drove UTVs to Lake Vallecito and rode a trail that was off of the 501A. Would stay there again."
