The room was clean and accomodations were nice. Starbucks drip coffee is a nice perk to brew in the room and offered with breakfast. Staff was pleasant. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Ottumwa.

Necesita mejorar
La ubicación muy bien. El hotel muy mal conservado. El ascensor nada costaría mejorar. Una pena porque el servicio no es malo. Aunque un día del los 5 que duro mi estancia no hicieron la habitación. La habitación antigua pero no tan mail conservada como pasillos y puertas. Las canas cómodas.
