I’ll say the good, it’s a beautiful and large home with plenty of space to spread out.The negatives: for one, I had requested an early check in, they tell me via the VRBO chat app to contact them the week of arrival- which I did. The they tell me to contact them the day prior to arrival, which I did. They don’t respond until the day of arrival and tell me they can allow us to check in an hour early at 3pm. So we drive up early to drop my elderly mom off so we can make it to an early appointment at 4pm in Flagstaff only to find that the cleaners are still there and were NOT notified of our early check in. So I had to reschedule our appt.Also, if you plan to use the hot tub, like we wanted to- keep in mind it doesn’t go over 95 degrees. And our request to have it fixed didn’t get done until the next day- and it still didn’t go over 95/99 degrees. Which is way too cold in the winter months.Communication with property management was horrible. We will continue to stay at resorts or hotels moving forward on our Sedona trips instead of using VRBO or this property management group.
