Clean, welcoming, stocked with everything you could need! The owners left a booklet with tons of helpful info for the area. The view at night is absolutely amazing! Enjoyed our stay!

Quaint, relaxing, enjoyable vaca

Our stay at Sedona Sweetness #2 was fantastic. The house was clean and very comfortable. It is not a large house. The kitchen and living areas are more than adequate, but not large. We had 2 couples and we stayed for 3 nights. We were gone all day, hiking and visiting many sights in the area. We ate our breakfasts and dinners at the house, either cooking or picking up from Nick's (yum!). Thoroughly enjoyed the clean hottub as well. It is so nice to return from a long day of walking, hiking, fun and relax in a clean, well-maintained hottub. Red Rocks Crossing trails were amazing, full of birds. We love birding! We also visited the Wetlands Preserve which was also full of birds. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals around the country, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in West Sedona. I loved that the house is located in a neighborhood. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the early morning and evening watching the birds, quail and javelinas. We did not spend time in the town of Sedona (too 'touristy' for us). I am so glad I booked this house in West Sedona, to get away from the tourist trap. Thank you for opening your house to us. The welcome gifts and bottle of wine were very thoughtful and a nice touch. Might be back one day.

Sedona hiking

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location. It was in a cool neighborhood of small homes, close to downtown but far enough so there was no traffic noise. You can walk to some hikes and a short drive to many of the iconic hikes. Met the owners who were very nice. I would stay there again.

Perfect home base

Sedona Sweetness (#2) was the perfect home base for a short trip full of hiking and exploring. The home was easy to find, easy to check-in, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect to soak sore legs after days of climbing the red rocks. The beds were comfortable, too. The location in West Sedona was perfect - close to all the highlight areas while being quiet and private, tucked away from the busy tourist areas! Thanks for a great stay!

Second time here!

My mom and I loved staying here in 2023 so we decided to do a re-make of our trip! The house has everything you need to enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. The beds are super comfortable with soft sheets, we slept like babies :) Although almost freezing temperatures we enjoyed sitting on the cute porch with wine bundled up having our mystical conversations about life. This place has beautiful energy and I wouldn’t be surprised if we return for the third time :)

Home away from home

After our days of hiking and shopping, it was always a welcoming place to enjoy a quiet evening in this well appointed vacation rental. Neighborhood was always quiet day or night. The traffic was busy going to the shopping areas of Sedona 89A but we did not have much traffic in the area of the rental. We really liked the access to the hiking paths close to the rental. Also there are many restaurants close to the VRBO or eating at the well equipped kitchen at the rental. Thanks for having us! Margaret and Art

Get away from the asphalt jungle

Very cozy. Minor issues with tv fire pit and dirty grill. On the whole very nice. great location. I would definitely recommend to friends if issues are addressed. Communication with owners was great.

Hiking getaway

My husband and I had our first visit to Sedona and enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to use as our home base as we were out exploring the area. So much to see that we would love to come back.

Great stay in Sedona

The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had before and throughout our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The property offers easy access to hiking trails with stunning views. It is a great location with short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.
