House and neighborhood are great. It’s in a perfect location away from downtown Sedona and well-appointed. It’s perfect for a group of 6. We always enjoy the fire pit and proximity to Crescent Moon park.

Perfect Spot in Sedona

We stayed for a night to hike Sedona. Beautiful renovations inside, comfortable beds, great firepit/gathering area outside. Would stay here again!

Cool vibe and comfy home

I absolutely loved staying here! Between the luxe linens, comfortable cozy beds, beautiful artwork and welcome vibe, I would stay here again. I’m hoping to book to work on my dissertation in the future.

Beautiful place!

Wow what a beautiful place! We loved the location - the drive into Sedona from the house was incredible. The house was clean and way more spacious than the pictures show. The bathrooms are especially beautiful. Overall would totally recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Sedona

House was great for two couples. Nights were cool enough for the fire pit. Enjoyed the hammock after hiking. Neighborhood is great and fantastic views. Definitely worth another visit.

Spring Break 2024

The very clean home is located away from the downtown area. Great location with access to many different trails and is 10 minutes from downtown. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and the layout of the house provided privacy and also community time together too.

Great Stay

Property was just as described. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants etc. Property manager Christian was great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again if in Sedona area.

Pleasant ranch house with 2 private suites & nice & comfortable interior & exterior areas for relaxing large kitchen w basic ammenities provided. Good communication. We enjoyed being out of Sedona - guests need to be comfortable driving curving 2 lane road at night - but with some glorious vies & stars along the way. Good stay

Beautiful Getaway!

Met family from Texas here and spent the week exploring Sedona together. House was as described and very clean. Christian was very responsive when we had questions. If ever in the area again, I would stay in this home again.

The location was great with being right off of Upper Red Rock Loop. It was scenic drive to the house. It is a nice house, spacious with comfortable beds. Christian was very responsive and helpful!

Absolutely amazing stay in the heart of Sedona!

LOVED this property - stunningly gorgeous inside with every amenity you could need. So comfortable for our family of four - was great to have both suites on opposite ends of the house! Great location, close to West Sedona and a short drive to everything else - stunning views on the way in and out! Quiet, relaxed property. Can't recommend enough!

Beautiful home outside Sedona

We had a fantastic time, the property manager helped us with some great restaurant ideas and made sure we had everything we needed. House is nicely stocked with staples and the outdoor grill had propane for the week. Backyard was perfect for hanging out after a day of hiking. Hoping we'll be back soon!

Magical stay in Sedona

This home has everything you need! Comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Big bathrooms and the laundry room was a boys! Very quiet neighborhood which was great after being out each day on an adventure. Great communication. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Great place to enjoy everything Sedona offers

Would definitely recommend this location for couples traveling together or small families. The layout of the house is ideal for privacy but also hanging out. Everything was very clean and well set up; it doesn't feel like your general rental, it feels more comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and, most importantly, close to the nature of Sedona. We would stay here again! Having a yard to enjoy is such a bonus too!

Great House!

Me, my wife and our friends had a wonderful time in this house. It was clean, had all the necessities and was in a great location. The host, Christian, was most gracious and quick to reply back to us. The only complaint we have is that we didn't get to stay longer.

Absolutely wonderful

We happened to come during the big snow storm the first week of march and they were so helpful on shoveling the driveway and helping us get in the house early. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood, has a nice outdoor area, and the living room is perfect. We did cook a lot which was nice they had some seasonings and good pots and pans. We will definitely come back!

Perfect getaway

Our stay at Casa Verde was simply wonderful. The home is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer while being just far enough from the busyness and traffic. Great neighborhood to take a relaxing walk and super quiet as well. All the necessary appointments are included and we utilized the kitchen for multiple meals at the house. Eating on the patio made for a nice touch! Christian is a very responsive host and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The beds were super comfy, which is huge for us. Highly recommend Casa Verde for your getaway to Sedona!

Serene Home in West Sedona

This is a beautiful home with a great location. Many of Sedona’s well know trails are accessed on the west side of town and it takes about 15 minutes to reach them from this house depending on the time of day you leave. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is so nice when a rental provides coffee and this home provides coffee, creamer and sweetener which is above and beyond. The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled and have shampoo, etc. communication with the house manager was easy and fast. We loved our stay here!

Great Sedona Rental

Our stay was great and this rental was exactly what we needed! My husband and I stayed with my in-laws while we were in town visiting family. The house was clean, renovated, and perfectly separated two bedroom suites. The other areas of the house were also furnished really well and comfortable to unwind in. We didn’t get much use out of the backyard, only because it was not the greatest weather on our visit, but it was super nice as well! Christian the property manager was checking in on us on our stay and very helpful in answering any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. We hope to stay again soon!

Fall Break Getaway

Super fun weekend with our kiddos. We are two working parents and can’t take a whole week off for a holiday. This was the perfect cool sanctuary two hours away from where we live in the Phoenix area. So quiet and away from Sedona traffic, there were enough stores and restaurants in the area that we didn’t have to hit the “main drag” traffic. We had a wonderful time at the Crescent Moon Picnic area - very easy walks to two different swimming areas. The outdoor kitchen was as advertised - we had a great cookout and s’mores. We also got to do what we wanted to - see amazing night sky away from light pollution. Thank you for letting us use your home - we had a great time and made some wonderful memories.
