This house was perfect for our multi-generational family group in every way. The location is fantastic (walking distance to downtown) and the views are spectacular! The house had everything we needed with ample dishes and supplies etc. We enjoyed looking at the Milky Way from the hot tub and a friendly putting contest in the yard. We also loved the spacious sofa and dining table which allowed us to all be together in conversation and for playing games. Communication was excellent and the Red Rocks pass was a nice bonus. Outstanding property!

The property was great but there rats in the ceiling (and/or walls) of the downstairs bedroom. You really can't sleep there because you hear them running around all night

Sedona Team Retreat

The ladies of my work team enjoyed our annual retreat at Sedona Dream Estate. The house is located in close enough proximity to local shops and dining to walk, yet secluded enough to enjoy the serenity Sedona is known for. We enjoyed a short walk to the neighboring vrbo properties that housed our colleagues, making meetings a breeze. Situated in a community of residents, the neighborhood is pleasant and well kept. Most importantly the house was clean, attractive and provided amenities to ensure comfort . This home offers enough space for privacy while still allowing for comfortable gathering space. Highly recommend!

Lovely mountain view

We had a nice stay in Sedona. It was a last minute booking and we didn't have a lot of choices so we ended up with something much larger than we needed. The property was nice and as advertised. My only complaint is the lighting outside was almost non-existent. I couldn't get the porch light to turn on. It was very dark coming up the stairs at night or trying to go out to the hot tub. Also, I would suggest turning the cover of the hut tub so when it's open it blocks the neighboring house as opposed to the lovely view of the mountains. Gorgeous view of the stars at night.

Great location better than the listing!

We visited Sedona to celebrate a friend's special occasion and we were MORE THAN happy with this place! The location was amazing and the house was better than we even expected. Super comfortable couches and beds. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic property

Our family spent our first-ever offsite Christmas gathering in Sedona, and absolutely loved this property. The entire family commented throughout our stay about the magnificient views, well-stocked kitchen, big spaces to lounge around, comfortable beds, and fun things to do like the fire pit, hot tub, and putting greens. Would highly recommend this place and thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful hiking retreat

We loved staying here - the views were amazing from the entire front side of the house. Kids could head out the front door and enjoy the yard games. House was well appointed with all needed items. We could walk to town for dinner, though it is hilly on the way back.

Views and Convenience

We rented this cute place for a little family reunion weekend and it did not disappoint! You can get a nice walk in to the restaurants/shops, or hop in your car for a minute or two drive. We enjoyed the amazing views from inside the house and also while in the hot tub after our morning hikes. The ease of check in and check-out was very much appreciated and we would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home and location!

Beautiful property, amazing beds, very clean. We were impressed with how quiet it was being that close to uptown. We had 8 ladies total for a relaxing girls trip and everyone had plenty of space to be alone or join together. We had an issue with my car battery the morning we were checking out and the cleaners went and got a jumper cable from their house just up the street. That was very kind and so much appreciated! Thank you.

Bachelorette weekend for 40+

Beautiful home so close to downtown Sedona! Loved the view from the house. The deck with the fireplace and hot tub were perfect! Overall great for a large group. For a group of women, the bunk beds were less than ideal. We were often hot sleeping and could not control the thermostat to cool down. There were plenty of towels and dishes and overall the experience was positive.
