The home was beautiful and the grounds were spectacular. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed with easy to find appliances and dishes.The host were easy to deal with, responded quickly each time we had a question. I would recommend this for a group. Very nice and friendly.The Casita was also well appointed.

We rented this home for my 50th birthday getaway with 6 friends. The house is amazing. The stream and whole backyard is so serene. I also enjoyed the master bedroom. Enjoyed everything about the house except sharing an old iron between the casita and main house.

Check in and communication through reservation system was pretty seamless. House was amazing, right on the creek. Coffee in the morning on the creek and a glass of wine in the evening at the same spot. Perfect for relaxing and done much needed family time. My only issue was we like to take walks in the morning and could not exit the property without using a car to activate the front gate. Maybe the battery in the box on the inside was dead. We worked around it. Pet friendly and man did the dogs love it. Thank you for sharing this tremendous home.

Charming, luxe, beautiful, and light!

Our large family really enjoyed this beautiful property and will definitely book again. A perfect getaway from Scottsdale temperatures. Luxurious, spacious and bright, the large windows and tall ceilings allow for beautiful views of pure green trees. The flowing rushing water of the creek sounds magical and beckons everyone out onto the patio and yard. We found the wisteria vines and rain chains particularly magical, especially when we were lucky enough to get some rain the day we arrived.I really loved that every room has a generous sized tv ( no laptops at night to watch your favorite shows)... and the amount of storage space in the master bathroom and closet was fabulous. The master tub was insanely perfect for a relaxing soak and the kitchen was a good size as well. Very open concept throughout the home and just a great feeling to it in general. Because our family was pretty big.It was so nice to have the casita, which is a whole extra space.It's geared for 2 though, so just a heads up that if you're planning on having your kids stay in there with you, you'll need to pull some other additional items from the main house as its not stocked for more than 2. I think if I were to have to think of anything that could have been improved upon, it would be to have seating on the ledge by the creek to be able to sit and enjoy comfortably and also...the beds throughout the home were pretty stiff and uncomfortable, and made noises with every turn-over at night. ButOverall...5 stars!

The property and location were perfect. Beautiful surroundings and well maintained. It was really nice to have the casita. After long hikes, coming back and wading in the creek was super refreshing. The home is very spacious with different gathering areas. We will definitely consider coming back to this property.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful house and grounds enjoyed by our entire multi-age group. Loved the easy walkable access to the Cathedral Trail. Creek running in back was both fun and relaxing. The big windows and were great for star gazing. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to come together or find your own nook to relax. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Location and Property

The property is gorgeous, and the home was spotlessly clean. It was peaceful and quiet. It is the perfect location for introspection and healing. My only complaint was that to leave the property on foot, you must climb over the gate. If you don't plan on walking off the property, it's amazing. If you plan on taking walks and aren't able to climb over a fence, this may not be the property for you.

This house is BEAUTIFUL! The house has perfect landscaping and beautiful architecture. The stone walls make it feel like it was so secluded and such a private space. We loved being along the river! It was amazing!

Serenity in the Red Rocks

We expected this property to be exceptional and it exceeded our expectations. The house or villa is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with complete privacy. The quality of the interior finish-out is outstanding and the upper and lower rear patios are great for visiting and listening to the flowing creek below. We also enjoyed sitting by the fire on the upper patio in the evenings. The stand-alone casita is a bonus for those who want a little extra privacy. Our entire party was impressed with the property and highly recommend it as a peaceful alternative to staying in Sedona proper. Additionally, it is a short drive to Clark's Grocery in Oak Creek Village that precludes fighting the traffic into Sedona. Great Location! Due to the possible poor cell reception at the entry, be sure that you have both gate and house entry codes before arriving at the property.
