  • Sedona Retreat is a spectacular 4 bedroom, 4 bath home perched high on a generous size 1/3-acre lot with red rock views on a quiet cul-de-sac in a custom home neighborhood in West Sedona. This house has a separate living quarters downstairs with its own full size galley kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom, and dining. This is two homes for the price of one that can accommodate large groups of 13: 8 upstairs and 5 downstairs. Both areas have their own entrances and internal staircase.

Excellent location for shopping, restaurants and anything you need. The home was so well equipped.The VRBO was outstanding, every room had a sitting area, so relaxing.and two larger sitting areas.I would return again when visiting Sedona!!

Book it! Gorgeous spot close to town, perfect for our needs. The basement/ground floor is like an separate unit onto itself, with a separate kitchen and entrance. Lovely hosts as well!

What an amazing place to stay! It seems like every door (and there were many) opened up to a new "perch" outside to gaze upon a new view/vantage point.It was SO comfortable for 6 of us to stay there and enjoy the well-stocked kitchen. When someone brought flowers we actually had to choose which vases, and again, there were many! Great place!

This was a great home for a family vacation. We were there for our wedding and were able to have all of our closest family stay with us without being crowded. Host was very quick to respond and I could easily tell that they care a lot about this home!

The host was very quick to respond to my questions and check in and out instructions were clear and easy. The house was big and beds were comfortable. The newly remodeled kitchen was great for our group. Location was excellent.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property, the pictures do not do it justice! It was perfect for our large group and the location is close to all kinds of stores/restaurants and the creek we visited! The only thing I would say is if you are staying during the warmer months, the downstairs does stay pretty warm. They do provide lots of fans though. Also the water pressure in the solo bathroom upstairs was very low and the water temperature would not get warm. Everything else was perfect, we loved all the seating areas outside to take in the amazing views!

This property was so very nice the inside of the house was very pretty; nice bedrooms and baths we enjoyed sitting on the patios in the evenings, we all had a great time 9 of us would come back again.

This home was perfect for our extended family gathering, plenty of room to sprawl or be close together. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and baths were well supplied. An initial problem was addressed and attended to right away so that’s always a good indication of a great host. Will definitely utilize this home in the future if needed!Thanks, James!

Lots of space for 3 couples. Kitchen was under repair (we were notified before arrival) so we had to use a downstairs kitchen, but it was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, lots of outdoor spaces to relax too!

There were 9 adults in our group. The house was perfect for our trip. The house had everything we needed, in a great location. Highly recommend this property if you are interested in a trip to Sedona.

The house that had everything!!!!

We absolutely loved staying here, and will be booking again! We loved everything about this house and it seemed to have everything we needed! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids (we could’ve invited more people) because we didn’t even use the downstairs! We also loved all the outdoor seating and all the porch areas!
