    The Space:

    This spacious and beautifully designed home offers the perfect retreat for family and friends seeking to experience the best of Sedona. The indoor living space boasts an open-concept design with elegant high ceilings, abundant lighting, ceiling fans, and large picture windows framing breathtaking red rock views. The living area is perfect for gathering, with a large couch, flat-screen TV, and an inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, open to the living room, is well-equipped with upscale appliances and a beautiful granite island, making it ideal for meal preparation and entertaining. A medieval bench-style dining table seats 8, providing a perfect spot for family meals.



    This home features two master suites: the king master with a luxurious ensuite bath, walk-in shower, and private outdoor access; and a queen master with a cozy sitting area and a bathroom featuring a vanity sink and shower-tub combo. The third bedroom, with full-sized bunk beds and a futon, is perfect for kids or teens.



    Outdoor living is just as inviting, with a private, fully fenced backyard offering comfortable seating around a propane fire pit and a gas BBQ grill. The open and covered garage area features a ping-pong table, making it ideal for family fun. There is also a second outdoor seating area at the front of the house, offering more stunning views.



    Located in the Chapel area, this home is just minutes from popular attractions like the Chapel of the Holy Cross, Bell Rock, and Boynton Canyon. Whether you're hiking, biking, shopping, or dining, you're just a short distance from the best Sedona has to offer. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this neighborhood while remaining close to all the excitement of Uptown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek.



    Guest Access:

    Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. Your reservation must be confirmed through TRUVI to receive check in instructions. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

    Sedona Shuttle Trailhead Transportation:

    Fare: FREE Service

    Service Hours: Thursday-Sunday from 6:30 AM-8:30 PM

    Route: Provides transportation from Park & Ride lots to popular trailheads

    Access: Two Park & Ride lots are accessible via the Verde Shuttle



    Sedona Shuttle Connect (on demand services)

    Fare: $2; $1 for seniors, persons with disabilities, and qualifying individuals

    Service Hours: Thursday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–6 PM; extended during peak periods

    Service Area: Covers most of Sedona, including Park & Ride lots



    Verde Shuttle

    Fare: $1 within Sedona; $2 from Cottonwood to Sedona

    Service Hours: Daily, 6 AM to 10 PM

    Route: Connects central Cottonwood with West Sedona, Uptown Sedona, and northern portions of SR 179



    Car Rentals

    For those preferring flexibility, car rentals are available in Sedona. Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak tourist seasons.



    Other Things to Note:

    Age requirement: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.



    TRUVI Requirements:



    We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. The name on your TRUVI application must match the primary guest listed on the reservation. In accordance with city and state regulations, the background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not fully confirmed until these requirements are met, and check-in instructions will only be provided once completed. Additionally, prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement to acknowledge and agree to the following:



    -Abide by our rental terms and conditions.

    -Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

    -That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.

    -The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.



    Check in and Check Out:



    Check In time is 4 PM AZ Time

    Check Out time is 10 AM AZ Time



    Wish you booked more nights? You can ask to add an additional day at any time and we are happy to extend your reservation if there is not a booking immediately following your stay!



    Pack N Play and Highchair: available at no charge upon request.



    A $100 per hour fee will be applied for excessive cleaning required after check-out.



    Unapproved Early Check In/ Late Check Out Fee: $100/hour. This fee is only assessed for early check ins or late check outs that did not contact us and did not receive an approval message via their booking channel. If you reached out to us and received an approval there is no fee. Our staff maintain a tight schedule and need the full available time in order to service the property.



    Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home or in outdoor areas where smoke may drift into the property. If guests choose to smoke outside, it must be done far away from the property to ensure that smoke does not enter the home. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or smoke odor is found inside the unit.





    We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay for $125. Please ensure your dog is crate trained & that you pick up after your dog.



    Service Animals:



    Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking.



    When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Please pick up after your service animals and deposit waste in an outside trash can. If you are in need of any special considerations please reach out to us so we can offer appropriate solutions.



    Mail delivery:



    Mail is not accepted at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. We are not responsible for retrieving or assisting with any items shipped to the home. Local mail services that are available include the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.



    Lost and Found:



    If you leave something behind the fee for returning it via mail is $50 + the cost of shipping. You can also reach out for the possibility of picking up at our Sedona Office. We are not responsible for forgotten items.



    Quiet Hours:



    Local quiet hours are from 9 p.m. through 9 a.m. and are strictly enforced by the City. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times.



    Dark Sky Ordinance:



    Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.



    Fire Rings:



    Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time.



    Local Wildlife:



    The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals.



    City Unpermitted Uses:



    City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.



    Please be respectful of our home and do not rearrange furniture or unplug any home features / electronics. We also ask that you keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside of the home.



    Sign in to your personal account for Smart TV access such as Netflix or Prime. Please remember to log out of your accounts at check out.

Breathtaking views

The house was amazing and clean. Excellent access to a hiking trail and a quick drive to tlaquepaqi. We played some ping pong and enjoyed hikes within a few minutes of the house. Wonderful stay. Very communicative host.

Sedona Serenity

The home was perfect and absolutely gorgeous. Great location…a short walk up the hill to the Chapel. Views from the home were special and serene. Nice dark skies for astrophotography were a bonus.Wonderful home layout with ample common areas yet also provided personal and private space.This home truly has thought of everything.We look forward to staying there again!

Amazing location to explore Sedona

This property was amazing and as advertised. The kitchen and living space is very accommodating for entertaining. A few improvements could be made. The beds were very firm and not comfortable. The AC condenser unit is right near the outdoor lounge space and the furnace is in the hallway. The combination creates a very loud and disruptive experience which interrupts sleep and those seeking peaceful environments.

We loved our stay at Chapel Rd. The home is in an ideal central location, a short drive to all Sedona highlights, shopping, dining and hiking in very quiet neighborhood with stunning red rock views from the front and a peek at the Chapel of the Holy Cross from the backyard. We slept through the night on a very comfy bed in complete quiet! Our dog even slept in! A major remodel created a very spacious great room with a central cook’s entertaining kitchen with huge granite-topped island for a perfect gathering spot open to living and dining areas for lively experiences and great conversations. 2 large bedrooms have sitting rooms and direct access to bathrooms. The main bedroom has a bright study with desk for work (or perfect makeup in natural light). A fun TV/rec room has a large sectional and table for games or cards. There’s even a tucked-away kids’ bunk room. The fully fenced, large backyard offers privacy, a bit of a red rock and Chapel view and a perfect spot to relax, dine or play in cooler temps and let your dog wander. There were only 2 of us plus our sheltie, but this home could easily accommodate a crowd of family and friends. Hiking access right across the street to The Chapel made for some traffic and great people and dog watching, but newer windows kept it quiet inside. We arrived after stressful work days and forgot to get the access code. The property management team immediately let us in and was quick to respond to our needs. We’d definitely stay here again!
