Overall this property is in a nice location with gorgeous scenic views.
The good: laundry machines (there was some detergent and fabric sheets in the cupboard), dishwasher, paper products provided (a roll of paper towels, and plenty of toilet paper). Decent towels provided. The place was clean, quiet neighbors, and great large garage to park a big SUV no problem. The bathrooms were big and worked fine for us. The grill and all appliances worked well.
The negatives: Although the beds were comfortable overall, there were no mattress pads on the beds which seemed a little odd. The queen over queen bunk was VERY shaky. When someone in one of the beds moved, the whole bed moved which my kids did not like. They kept complaining the other one woke them up just by shifting around. We never did figure out how to work the blinds in that room, although we never asked so that’s on us. As other reviews noted, the kitchen is not well stocked, so just make note and buy or bring anything and everything you might need. (Bring a favorite spatula because the only one is a partially melted plastic one.) There was not a big frying pan, just a few smaller ones. We made do though! The internet was very spotty for watching anything on the tv but we did contact the company and they were very responsive. (We never really got better internet but we didn’t bother too much with it).
Overall our trip to Sedona was fantastic and filled with so much hiking and absolutely stunning landscape. Loved it!
