This was such a wonderful stay! We had a group of 11 including 5 children and a dog. Everything was an easy drive or walk. The family loved that we were only a 5 minute walk to amazing trails. The views from the house were spectacular. The house was well equipped and perfect for our group. I don't think there was anything that we felt was missing. The house was as described, beautifully decorated, clean and well kept and equipped. Quiet neighborhood but sooo close to everything that we needed or could have wanted. Our host was easy to reach if we had any questions and information about the area and the house were available in the printed material available at the house. We will definitely try to book the house again for our next visit in the future.

Home was spacious, supplied with all we needed--would say when l, at least for us, staying in a rented home for short says don't go to grocery --we threw so much unopened food away-need up eating out. But the house was great. Clean, quiet, tv in every room, all we expected. Very much like home.

So lovely!

We had the best time in Sedona and this house made it all possible. It was very clean, well stocked, and just as described. We used the hot tub and enjoyed the roof views for morning coffee. Clara was an excellent communicator and was on top of every request I sent her. We would absolutely visit again.

Amazing place to stay in Sedona!!

We arrived to a nice quiet secluded property in West Sedona with ample parking space. Upon opening the door, the huge living space greeted us. Everything was so clean and organized! There was plenty of room for our group! Everything was needed was included. The roof top sitting area was a huge hit! We were able to view the full moon at night and stargaze. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you so much!! 5 stars!!!!

Amazing Property, Excellent Location, Incredible Host!

We had an incredible experience staying at this property and it was exactly as described. Our host answered e-mails/calls immediately and the instructions for check-in and out were precise and very easy to follow. The home was clean and well appointed and I can't think of anything they missed. The open floor plan made it great for our family to enjoy meals, games, and entertainment and the 10' ceilings made it feel like a true Great Room. I needed to get some work done and the Wi-Fi was easy to get on and worked flawlessly. The rooftop is amazing and what a great view of the Red Rocks and surrounding areas. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the view and just relaxing up there. The neighborhood is quiet but very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, and any of the activities you would like to do during your stay. We enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood and it was only an 8 minute walk to the Sugarloaf trail. It was a quick 10min drive to watch the Sunrise or Sunset from Airport Dr. Our family had an incredible time and this is the best home we have stayed at so far and hope we can get a reservation here again!

Memorial Day Weekend

My family and I absolutely love this home and enjoyed our stay! The pictures in the profile do not do the home justice. This home was beautiful and comfortable. Great place for a group!

Stayed here with a group of friends and enjoyed the proximity to many Sedona sights; we especially enjoyed not worrying about parking while hiking the Sugarloaf trail, since it was a short walk from the property. House has all the amenities we needed (TV, toiletries, towels, etc)

Very pleasant stay

The house, views, and location were amazing. Probably better than the listing and the pictures suggested. However We booked the house with the hot tub being a selling point vs other listings. The hot tub water turned green and cloudy a little over half-way through our 10 day stay. I contacted the property manager and it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. So be aware that if you are relying on the hot tub to relax and recuperate after hiking, it may not be usable.

New Year’s family gathering

We have been utilizing vacation rentals for many years for our family gatherings. This Sedona property was excellent for eight adults and two adult dogs. We loved the large open kitchen, dining room, and family room. It allowed us all to be together while cooking and eating. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen since we normally do all our meals at the rental when on vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, safe. It is conveniently located to grocery store and downtown Sedona and even had a trailhead within walking distance, Sugarloaf trailhead (great for sunset views). Roof top deck was another great spot to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the hot tub. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and the property exceeded our expectations.
