Things that can improve the experience:1) The master fireplace not working was disappointing- you should put an electric one in there.2) I’d put in a hot tub - that’s basic these days for a place like this, in this locale.3) NOTE your right side dishwasher did not appear to be working right - we hand washed after the first try with it.

Very nice house with amazing views of Oak Creek and the red rocks. Super convenient location near downtown Sedona on a quiet private road. We stayed 9 nights with our dogs and we would definitely recommend this property.

Stunning architecture nestled in a small community of creekside gems; the multiple balconies and expansive windows surround you with giant cottonwood trees and cliff views. Centrally located for easy excursions but secluded enough to unwind with private creek access, this property has become one of our favorite weekend getaways.

house was really nice and spacious. Being by the creek is a big bonus, very quiet and relaxing place to unwind. The location is very convenient to local spots, yet it feels far away and private. Only issue I had was there is no pantry in the kitchen, so anyone who stays be prepared with boxes of bags to keep items in. Other than that, this place is exceptional and I highly recommend it.

Great property next to the creek

We had a great time at the property with family and friends. Spent a lot of time at the deck and at the creek. We were able to get into the creek water which was really nice. While it’s not a big issue, there was a lot of cob webs and dirt on the window outside which could be maintained better.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Booked this home for a short Sedona escape. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. The location could not be beat walk down the back yard right to Oak Creek. The sound of the creek and birds woke us each morning. Highly recommend for a Sedona stay.

Our family enjoyed Seder on the deck near red rocks and a beautiful stream. Grandkids loved the bedroom with a loft and playing in the water. Lots of areas to hang out and bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Large kitchen. Totally perfect.

Creekside retreat.

Nice home, comfortable. The star is morning sunlight on the cliffs and proximity to Oak Creek. The house is in the stream bed so red rock geological formations not visible. It’s an excellent place to relax and be in a forested piece of nature. The house borders on Paco Diablo resort, Highway 179. Location is within a mile of town. Recommend this location for people who find running water and trees, relaxing.

Great location, decent amount of room for a whole family. Not sure we agree with the comments about the "high end furniture". Kitchen could have been a little better stocked, but overall we had what we needed. Great views and location. Property managment responded timely to messages.
