Sedona was full of folks (friendly folks!) enjoying spring break and this house was a great retreat from the crowds. Perfect choice for a family of seven (3 grandparents, two parents, two kids) to have enough space to themselves but also allow for gathering for meals and games. Super clean. Walkable to uptown. Porch was a wonderful place to watch the wildlife. Having never been to Sedona, I was not sure where to stay but this location was perfect for us to make the short drive to trails and restaurants.

This was a beautiful property and so conveniently located and walkable to shops, restaurants, and hikes! The host was extremely easy to get in touch with and so kind/helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and approachable, which was so convenient for our large group who had to leave at different times. House was very well-equipped with basics and even some toiletries. All the small touches made the stay so much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this amazing VRBO in Sedona with my three adult children, their significant others, and our three dogs, and it could not have been a more perfect experience. This trip is a Christmas gift I give my kids each year, and this home made it extra special.The house itself was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, spacious, and so thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. The owners were extremely attentive and responsive, which gave us peace of mind from start to finish.Even though Labor Day made the parks a bit busy, it was such a gift to be able to come back to this quiet and peaceful home morning, noon, and night. We loved relaxing by the pool, grilling on the barbecue, swinging in the hammocks, and spending evenings on the amazing patio under the stars. The location was private and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do.It’s not easy getting all of my adult children together in one place, but this home gave us the perfect setting to make lasting memories. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to share this trip with my family. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality—we can’t wait to come back!

SEDONA Treasure

This house seemed new in an established neighborhood with amazing views. It is 3 minutes from uptown restaurants and shopping but was peacful and quiet for evening and morning relaxation. Coyotes visited each morning. The house goes on and on with neatly adorned rooms and entertainment. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay which was made seamless by Garrison who communicated promplty. Cant wait to go back!

Wonderful Get Away!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The home was spacious and we loved the pool, spa and gaming options. The views were amazing, we enjoyed the mornings relaxing on the lounge chairs and evenings on the upper deck. We definitely look forward to staying again!

Fantastic Family Fun

Great Family table. Spectacular views. Family fun Game Room, lots of amenities. Two Electric Car Chargers, one in the Front Driveway one in the Rear Drive. Heated Jacuzzi and a heated pool next to it. Kitchen was stocked. High-Chair, Booster Seat, Stroller even Batteries! Huge Laundry room TWO Washers and TWO Dryers.I would highly recommend this place for a Gorgeous Family Event

Probably the nicest vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Tons of thoughtful details throughout. Very well appointed kitchen, downstairs area full of games, swim spa and hot tub all in great condition. Location is great for exploring Sedona and you get amazing views nearly everywhere you look. Owner was super pleasant to communicate with. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Sedona Perfection

This property has it all! The location is amazing in a quiet neighborhood. It is walkable to town, even with younger kids. The house is equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, bathroom, and outside! The amount of things there to entertain kids and adults is incredible! It was cozy clean and just perfection! Really missing our morning coffee on the deck taking in the amazing views. This spot will be so hard to top! We can't wait to come back! Thanks Garrison! Uptown Splash Success

We had an excellent time for a small family gathering, the property had every comfort and convenience. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Kids loved the games in the garage for when the summer temperatures got high. The pool was clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was walking distance to uptown restaurants and jeep tours, and quiet and restful at night. The view from each room was beautiful, we spent hours taking pictures of the red rocks on a tripod. We were treated to a gentle moose deer visiting the mini-golf course on one afternoon. The youngest member of our party cried when it was time to leave. We hope to return soon.

Great house with fun amenities!

First time to Sedona and we could not have enjoyed our trip more. :) One of the highlights for us was the setting. We loved picking up takeout breakfast and enjoying on the deck taking in the gorgeous mountains! It was a bit rainy and cool during our stay so we enjoyed the backyard firepit but no chance for us to swim or layout in the hammocks, etc. but those looked like fun. We did have fun playing shuffleboard and billards in the tricked out game room. We've stayed at a lot of vrbo's over the years and this was one of the best equipped, easiest and most gorgeous settings. We look forward to return trips!

The Perfect Home Base to Explore & Enjoy Sedona!

This house was incredible! It is a amazing as the pictures make it look! Our kids had the best time enjoying all of the amenities - the arcades, pool table, mini golf, ping pong table, air hockey, hot tub, swim spa, all were used for hours on end. This gave the adults some extra time to chill and converse! The house was comfortable, clean, and well outfitted. We always appreciate a VRBO that has us covered on some basics in the cabinets like sandwich bags, seasonings, cooking essentials, laundry detergent, etc. This house had all that and more, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The owners were available to answer any questions we had. When we are able to visit Sedona again, we'll certain seek out this property. Thx!
