What a wonderful Christmas holiday spent in this home. I want to keep this a bit of a secret so we can stay here again. :) Everything was so comfortable for our family with adult children. The layout was great to give our adult sons privacy downstairs. The kitchen is wonderful and conducive to many chefs working at once. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. SO MANY small kitchen appliances were available. The view was outstanding, and we saw javelina (outside the fence) several times right before sunset. The hosts truly are Premier. Sharon decorated the house for us for Christmas, which made it so special. She even brought up an extra puzzle to go in the puzzles and games closet. Charlie the Dog who was along very much enjoyed the dog door and the backyard, as well as walks in the neighborhood and the easy access to the Thunder Mountain area of trails for hiking and biking.

The home is gorgeous and perfectly appointed. It is relatively close to all the things you could want to do in Sedona. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The best part is the views. No need to even leave the house!

We loved the warm decor, and beautiful views. This was the perfect location, close to town, but still very private. Wildlife greeted us every morning. The home is stunning, but cozy. The kitchen is a dream, with all of the equipment (nice water filter too!)we could possibly need to prepare our meals. The host was responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Sandi was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The house is beautiful with an amazing view of red rocks from a number of outside seating areas. The location is only a short drive from anything you want to do in town. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and I hope to!

Our family really enjoyed our weeks stay at this great and spacious rental. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed to make for a wonderful time. No details were overlooked by Sandi and Brian, from all kinds of games, highchair, pack and play crib for our 6 month old grandson to well stocked kitchen and bath accessories. The views from the house were spectacular and the trails were either close enough to walk to or a short drive away which our children took advantage of every day. They also spent evenings in the hot tub enjoying the mountain views and the amazing star gazing when dark. Grocery stores and restaurants were a short drive away which was very convenient. Communicating with our hosts was very easy and they provided us with lots of very useful information about restaurants, shopping and things to do in the area which was extremely helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Sedona with terrific views and helpful hosts, I would highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

The home is beautiful home and has everything you need to have a carefree stay. The owner is fantastic with communication. Loved being able to walk to trails. Easy access to town but also great feeling that you are not "in town", truly a magic place.

Sedona Sanctuary

Beautiful home, incredible setting, remarkable views. We spent every morning of our stay on the upper patio watching the skies lighten and the sunrise wash over the red rock landscape while we enjoyed our morning coffee. After a full day exploring Sedona, we relaxed on the same patio, reflecting on our day, enjoying a cool beverage and watching the sun fade into a celestial display of stars in the dark night sky. The home is perfectly located between a beautiful red rock backdrop and the main thoroughfare. Especially thankful for the Safeway Grocery store 2 minutes away! Home is furnished with ample amenities and includes family friendly features for infants and toddlers.

Beautiful Home

First of all, the pictures don’t tell you how beautiful and spacious this home is! So close to Safeway grocery store and great restaurants yet in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The mattresses and bedding comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with teas and staples. The master bath is like a spa. Close to walking trails and tours. Loved it!

Fantastic Home

This amazing property in West Sedona is close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and affords easy access to and from Route 89A. The home was absolutely clean and the bedding comfortable.Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all essentials. The grounds and home were well maintained with plenty of space for our family of 7 to gather for meals and relaxing after the days outings. The red rocks, Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot were just as pictured. The view from the back deck balcony was everyone favorite spot in early morning and just before sunset.You could actually use the gas grill, it was clean. Took a 13 hour trip to Grand Canyon, with 2 hours driving time to and back ,giving us 9 hours to explore the CanyonA must do if you have the time. Communications with Sandi and Paul was easy with quick response to questions prior to arrival. We truly had an enjoyable ,relaxing stay in Sedona . Absolutely would return.

This lovely home was perfect for our family. Amazing view. Great location to a number of trails, supermarkets, restaurants and uptown Sedona. Hot tub was nice after a day of hiking. The baby equipment was a great help. Owners are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect House - Perfect Location

Second time staying at this awesome house (2023 and 2025). Truly a perfect house and host. House is well appointed and host is super responsive. The kitchen is furnished as if it’s actually cooked in which is so nice when hosting friends and family. Hot tub is perfect and the view!!!Our stay was for a month and have already booked for next year.

Special Family trip

Outstanding view and accommodations for our family of 8 (and our dogs!). Great quiet neighborhood really close to town, groceries, shopping and trails. Everything you could possibly want in the kitchen for family meals. Great back yard and hot tub for star gazing. Really responsive hosts. Great stay....would love to come back!!

Beautiful views of Thunder Mountain

Very spacious for me and my three daughters. Could fit more. The views were incredible and great hike on Teacup Trail nearby. Kitchen stocked really well with teas and coffee. Hot tub was awesome with beautiful nighttime views of the star. Sandi was great to work with and answered texts right away.

Spectacular!

This trip was our group's first visit to Sedona and we couldn't have picked a better house or host! The house was lovely and included everything we needed, from a welcome basket and fully stocked kitchen, to board games and puzzles. The hot tub and fire pit were a wonderful way to wind down and enjoy the beautiful cool nights. But the best part is the home's location and amazing views of the Red Rocks! The peace and serenity are indescribable! We also appreciated the convenience to Sedona's top attractions. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this host and home!

Amazing views! Perfect house for a girls trip!

Everything about the property was just as described. Views were amazing. Was able to walk to great hikes from house. House had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were spacious. We were 6 ladies on our annual girls trip and no one had a single complaint. So glad we found this amazing home in the best location.

An outstanding property

This house is in West Sedona away from all the crowds but still 5 minutes from the city center. It's a great layout and has comfortable interior and patio furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped b better than any rental we've stayed at before. Sandi was very prompt and helpful in communications.
