    Enjoy the new putting green with turf and fire table while you play cornhole or watch the golfers go by. The garage has been converter into an elaborate game room with rear garage door that opens to backyard fun. LIVING ROOM:

We traveled to this property with a group of 10: 2 families with kids (23, 21, 21, 21, 14) and one grandmother. Each bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable. The outdoor toys and area was where we spent most of our time and it was perfect. The view from the back porch is also great for morning coffee.

Pool and outdoor TV was incredible. Spent hours enjoying the backyard amenities and views. Hot tub was just perfect for late night star gazing

Great stay and communication with host. Space (indoor and outdoor) was bigger than expected from photos. Great location close to Oak Creek and red rock trails. Great space for a large family vacation with activities in the home and the great outdoors. Would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful home that accommodated our family perfectly. The property is well maintained, kitchen is very functional and the backyard is a perfect spot to spend time. For those travelling with young children, there was a high chair and two pack-n-plays at the house. These should be added to the listing details to save some effort lugging them down for the young children.

This was the best home rental I have ever experienced. Everything was absolutely amazing and this property has everything you could ever need from feminine products, to blow dryers, to seasoning! The communal areas are perfect in relation to the bedrooms, the game room was top notch! I have no notes other than I cannot wait to come back and visit again!

This was an idyllic setting and a beautiful home for a Ladies’ Week in magical Sedona. The main kitchen is well equipped and Kate’s out for large gatherings. The outdoor living areas with fire pits is conducive to relaxing and conversing. And the outdoor kitchen, seating, pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake! The host was helpful and communicative as well as responsive to minor issues that arose. I have been renting vacation homes for decades and this is one of the best. I highly recommend!

Fairway to Heaven was the perfect vacation home! We had 6 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of room and plenty of fun activities for everyone to enjoy. There were times the kids didn’t want to leave the house. The house is laid out with great thought for its guests and is very well stocked. Cannot wait to return to Fairway to Heaven. Chris was always available to answer questions when needed as well. Perfect stay!

Chris was beyond accommodating and his home was beautiful. The views are incredible from the backyard. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Sedona with a larger group. We will definitely be returning!!

We chose Fairway to Heaven as the description of the property appeared to fit our family of 14s needs. It did not disappoint, as the place was Heaven for us during our week’s stay. The house was meticulously maintained, clean, spacious, and perfect for adults and children of all ages. We had an 8 month old and there was a pac and play plus high chair available, perfect! The bedroom suites luxurious, the spacious kitchen very functional allowing multiple people access to prep, a beautiful game room with lots of play options for young and old, and the outdoor space incredible. We were able to watch the kids in the pool while us adults could view the big screen TV in the same area. The house’s location close and easy access to the area’s various activities. Chris was a superb host. From my first communication on, always prompt with response, and extremely helpful. The house exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be more grateful for a wonderful host in Chris making our family vacation a dream vacation. Forever grateful, Chris, thank you…

Beautiful Home

This property exceeded my expectations in every way. The home is beautiful and well maintained. My family and I enjoyed the spacious accommodations and the game room especially. I would definitely return to this property for another weekend getaway, and especially when the pool is finished.

Amazing

Not very often do you get to a place that you have rented and it looks and feels better than the pictures. This place does! This house is amazing and the Host is even better. We will be booking here every time we come to Sedona!

We stayed here with our family in August 2025 for our daughter’s wedding, and this home could not have been more perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of welcoming spaces. We loved gathering in the spacious kitchen and dining area, and enjoyed the many indoor and outdoor spots for relaxing and visiting. The pool, hot tub, and comfortable outdoor seating made for some wonderful downtime, while the breathtaking views were truly unmatched.The downstairs kitchen and living area were ideal—perfect for the guys to hang out while the girls got ready upstairs. The game room provided endless fun, and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely for morning walks.Our host was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive (always within minutes). We can’t say enough great things about this home, the setting, and the host. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Worth Every Penny!

This was THE BEST rental EVER!!!Fairway 2 Heaven exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is immaculately clean and well maintained. The furnishings and linens are luxurious. The beds were amazingly comfortable (seriously, I need to know what that mattress is in the primary suite). It is basically like 2 houses in one, as the downstairs is a huge 3 bedroom space with its own full kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs is very well appointed and professionally decorated with very nice furnishings and art.It really felt like we were in our own private mini resort. We didn’t have to leave the house to have fun. We swam in the heated pool, putted on the mini course, enjoyed sitting by the fire pit(s), played pool, air hockey, darts, ping pong and video bowling in the game room. And the best bonus was the amazing view of the Milky Way from the hot tub (you gotta wait until after the lights go out at 10pm, and then the sky magically comes to life before your eyes). We enjoyed morning coffee under the pergola and watched coyotes lounge on the nearby fairway in the evenings. We even watched movies in and by the pool with the kids. Everything was seriously top notch and the property owner was responsive to all our questions and communications. We were a little hesitant to splurge so much on this property, but have no regrets. It was worth every penny and we hope to come back again. Thank you for an amazing property!
