The house was clean and well stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. My only complaint is the pool - It was not heated and was very chilly. We booked this place specifically for the pool but it was too cold to enjoy. It would have been nice to know in advance that we’d need to 1. Pay 75 a day for a heated pool and 2. Notify the manager at least a day in advance if we wanted it heated. I’d suggest including that information in the check-in guide. Otherwise, the house was amazing and we enjoyed our stay in Sedona.

Lovely home with plenty of amenities. Nice lap pool, hot tub, plenty of outdoor and indoor space that was relaxing and comfortable. Throws in case it was cool, gas fireplace, big kitchen (bring all your own food supplies), big master suite with shower and soaking tub, quiet, great views any time. A real treasure. Close to everything but away from the bustle.

Had a great stay for a long girls weekend. The 3 rooms are spaced out so there’s privacy. Just be aware that one of the bedrooms is a walk away from a shared bathroom. The primary suite is huge and the house is kind of in a U shape. Great views from both patios. We even saw a javelina walking the property. Comfortable living room and big kitchen with lots of space to spread out. The only things we missed was a full length mirror and morning essentials to make a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is nice to take a morning walk in and the garage was easy for parking. Just note, the keypad is programmed to let you in at exactly check-in time. We tried it 15 min early and it wouldn’t unlock until exactly 4pm.

Beautiful place. Appreciated the tour book reference and permit parking for hiking. Only thing pool was dirty and didn't use due to that. Hot tub came in handy on the cold nights. Place really had the comforts of home!!

Excellent Stay!!

We were here for three nights with my family - six of us in all. We had a wonderful time! The place is big and spacious - 3 bedrooms - to accommodate all of us comfortably. The view from house is spectacular! It’s a beautiful adobe-style house - we absolutely loved the place!!The check-in and check-out process is effortless and smooth. Having the pool in the heat of the summer is a blessing! My kids - all over 18 - thoroughly enjoyed using it after a hike every day. Good grocery stores - Whole Foods and Safeway - are a short drive away from the property, so we cooked all our meals. The kitchen is well appointed with all the utensils. The staff is friendly and courteous - we forgot to take the trash out before we left, but we informed them and they were understanding.Overall each one of us had a great time and will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful and has all the amenities of home. It is in a peacefully tranquil neighborhood. The rooftop deck was my favorite area, as it bear witness to serene sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. The house is spotless. We only had one issue during our stay, which was addressed immediately and thoroughly. We enjoyed the courtyard with its pool, hot tub, and dining area. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion I could make would be to add a Keurig. However, we did just fine with the regular coffee pot.

Amazing!

This property was all VRBO advertised. We were so pleased! My kids did not want to leave. We were able to spread out comfortably and enjoy the views from the many porches. The kids spent hours in the pool. It was such a great refuge from the heat of Arizona in June, but we still felt productive on our vacation because of the scenery all around. I have already recommended to friends! Thanks so much for the awesome memories!

Great getaway minutes away from downtown.

Our stay could not have been better! The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for after a long hike. We enjoyed star gazing from the back porch in the evening. We liked that the house was tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still only a 10-15 minute drive from tons of great dining! Only two of us stayed, but the house has ample space for 6 people. *Extra tip - the hiking guide book the host supplies is an excellent tool! We took it out with us which allowed us to challenge ourselves with some more challenging hikes we wouldn’t have found otherwise!
