The house is wonderful. Everything there we needed to enjoy out week. The views were amazing. Sitting in the living room watching the shadows move across the Red Rock mountains behind the house was enchanting.

This house was perfect for us. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this is our favorite. Beautiful home, great view, convenient location, really clean and had everything you could possibly need. If we come back to Sedona; we would want to stay here.

Perfect February Visit

Stayed here end of Feb to first few days of March, amazing location, hosts were available and amazing, we had wildlife visitors, hiking trails aplenty within walking distance, and the views are out of this world! Comfortable, quiet, perfect home base for exploring and hiking!

Beautiful home, fantastic back patio with red rock views, convenient location. Unique floorplan with the guest house. Two couples had more than enough space and privacy. We loved everything about this VRBO. Highly recommend

Love this place!

Our first time to Sedona… We met friends here. The VRBO was fabulous. So well designed, so gorgeous inside. And the picture windows of the incredible mountains just filled our cup every morning!

Awesome house with spectacular views!

Highly recommend this amazing place! Convenient to everything in Sedona and an amazingly beautiful house! The place is flawlessly furnished and very comfortable. Very private and quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the casita but if your group has more than 1 couple it would be a great setup!

What a view

The property was a great find. In the middle of a quiet residential area, with a peaceful outdoor seating area. View was spectacular. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, nice touches throughout. W/D made life easier during our long trip. Short drive to everything. Would definitely return!

Incredible Stay in Sedona!

We’re a family of six from Brownsville, Texas, and this home made our first trip to Sedona unforgettable. Everything was exactly as pictured-stunning views, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, luxurious showers, and even a visit from a group of javelinas! There were no surprises, just pure comfort and beauty. The views were absolutely breathtaking! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and well-appointed place to stay in Sedona. This home helped make our trip truly special.

Great place w/ great views!

The views from this house were amazing and it was extremely clean! Had all the amenities needed and loved sitting outside by the fire for breakfast and dinner. The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had and another perk was having a parking pass to the Red Rocks. Close to many trails and about a 10-minute drive from the little downtown area. Highly recommend booking with them!

Great stay

From the moment we arrived, we were very pleased. The house and the setup was ideal. And the views were amazing. I cannot recommend this property/house enough. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to come back and stay again.

View is Incredible, A+++!

Spotless and very quiet with incredible views. Easy access to Thunder Mountain trail for a wonderful hike. Towels super soft, and kitchen well stocked. Beds were a bid firmer than we typically prefer - would definitely stay here again though.

Absolutely Exceptional

This extraordinarily well cared for home was an absolute joy to reside in. The views were beautiful and the convenience of having restaurants and grocery stores nearby was fantastic. The owner obviously takes great pride in their house. It was well stocked, comfortable and clean. Thanks so much for allowing us to share the beauty.

The property is beautiful but the star of the show is the location. The view from the backyard is unsurpassed. Beautiful walls of towering red rocks. Stunning. The house is fully equipped and perfect.

Perfect for two couples

This is an excellent property for two couples looking to share a place but still have separate spaces. It feels brand new (2025), with excellent, high-quality fixtures throughout. The views out the back towards the rocks are amazing; we ended up sitting around the fire pit at the beginning and end of every day we were there. Great neighborhood; quiet, dark, but easy to get to grocery store, downtown, and hikes.

Just 2 nights, but everything was as advertised. Strong, detailed communication. On arrival we saw that a parking pass that was supplied by the owner was missing. Within 30 minutes of notifying management, a pass was hand delivered. Thanks!

Great views, great location

The on line pictures don’t do this property Justice. Newer, clean, comfortable. The attached casita was great for one couple while the other had the master in the house. The Murphy bed was a bit awkward in location, and the main house was really a 1 BR. Nice outdoor space with great views. Relay liked the location on the west side so we were not fighting traffic on the weekend into Sedona, and close to good local hiking and groceries. Would stay here again.
