Stunning!

I had the most wonderful stay at Desert Poppy! The space was beautifully designed and all the small poppy features were just adorable! Even the robes had beautiful poppies stitched on. They really put a ton of thought into making it feel like home. I had every thing I needed and more! Everything was super clean and felt brand new. The windows throughout are beautiful and let in the perfect amount of light!The gorgeous patio was perfectly lined with thick ivy and it felt very secure and private. The hot tub was also clean and felt brand new. It was hot and ready to enjoy! The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty cutlery, nice dishes and cups, a coffee maker with coffee pods and cream in the fridge. The fridge was a nice size and the ice maker is huge! I had plenty of ice to fit in my small cooler while out and about. I loved the sliding glass door in the bedroom out to the patio. It was beautiful to see the stars at night and wake up to little birds chirping in the morning sun. The bed is a perfect mix of comfy and firm. I slept like a baby! I also enjoyed the fireplace. I spent many hours relaxing and keeping warm. The communication was also perfect. I felt completely taken care of at every step! Thank you for making Desert Poppy feel like home for me! Highly recommend!

Superb Sedona Stay

Our stay at Desert Poppy Villa was awesome! It was just as described, convenient location, communications during our stay was appreciated and the villa itself was clean and comfortable. We had to leave early morning but the check out list was perfect as it was short and easy. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Sedona.

Perfect setup

Odd location, but quite nice once you go through the gate. It's in a bit of a corporate/office set up, but as soon as you're in the unit, all is great. Clean. Everything you need. Quiet (surprisingly). Would definitely go again!

We thought the property was exactly as described . The efficiency of everything is well thought out. The location was great , the flat top grill was ideal for breakfast and dinners. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. We would definitely stay here again- if available.

Secluded in the middle of it all.

This is wonderful place to stay. Right in the heart of West Sedona this finds you close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, beautiful views and all you'd want from your visit. The villa itself is well designed and has all the amenities you want. The owner is pleasant and responsive and you really do get the best of both worlds--relaxation/comfort amidst attractions/activity. Highly recommended.

Great Location & Amenities!

We had a wonderful one-week stay in Sedona and this villa was the perfect home base for our trip. The location is excellent - close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and hikes in West Sedona and just a short drive from Uptown. It is a quiet unit and has its own private parking. The villa was nicely furnished and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the hot tub (nice to relax after a long day of hiking), huge bathroom and access to washer/dryer (to clean those dusty hiking clothes)! Communication with Sharon, the property manager, was good. We highly recommend the Desert Poppy!

This place is a gem - great amenities, great location!

We loved our one-week stay at the Desert Poppy! It was the perfect home base for our trip to Sedona. Location was great - just a short drive from many of the trailheads and Uptown/West Sedona restaurants, shops and grocery stores, but still tucked back from the main road. It was quiet and private and had its own designated parking spots. The villa is pristine and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the hot tub, grill and access to the properties laundry facilities (hiking clothes get dusty/dirty very quickly in the desert). Sharon, the rental manager, was very quick to respond. We'd love to stay here again the next time we're in Sedona.

5th Visit and Still a Charm...

This is the 5th time we've stayed at this property. We love the large, very private terrace with hot tub. We like quiet and privacy- that's what you'll find here. If you want to be in the center of the action, this isn't your place. But, the action is only a short distance away. We consider it the best of both worlds. Desert Poppy is well appointed-all you need for a short stay. The bed is comfy, the towels are plentiful...we've never found it to be lacking anything we needed-it's simply a first class property that you cannot go wrong with. I also want to make sure to mention that the management-Sharon-is a pleasure to deal with. Great communication and responsive when needed. Book now!!

Great stay in Sedona

We rented this property for our anniversary and it was great. Check in was very easy and it was very clean and pleasant. Amenities were as described, and the hot tub was very relaxing. We weren't able to meet the host, due to a dinner reservation we had but communication was very easy.
