Within the immediate grounds, a lush patio with a firepit, a shaded wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and a hammock, and a semi-covered dining area with a state-of-the-art BBQ grill. Just across the road is a second patio, with another firepit and seating area, but the real highlight? A stone path leading down to your own private stretch of Oak Creek complete with natural swimming pools. This is nature at its finest, and it’s all yours!

All bathroom supplies are vegan and cruelty free.

We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay!

You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :) You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area`s top attractions.

Use the free Sedona park-and-ride shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The three Park & Ride lots (Posse Grounds , West SR-89, and North SR-179) are a 10-to-15-minute drive from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

Alternatively, the Sedona Shuttle Connect will transport you to and from any location within city limits. The cost is $2 per person, $1 for select groups, and free for children 5 and under. Download the TransLoc app to request a ride, Thursday thru Sunday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified and provide a current phone number
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
