Perfection!

Shel & Del were very friendly and had great communication with us the entire time. The house was perfect for two couples. It had everything that we needed including extra towels, blankets, pillows, and all the bathroom essentials! My hubby and his dad enjoyed the hot tub in the mornings and we absolutely loved how close it was to everything! 4 minutes to Tlaquepaque, 2 minutes to Coffee Pot Restaurant, 5 minutes to Mariposa! Across the street from Whole Foods to get extra groceries! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Place, we couldn't have been happier !

The house was perfect for two couples sharing, with two good sized bedrooms both with comfortable beds, and two bathrooms. The kitchen was a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. There were many small appliances available as well (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, slow cooker, etc.). The outside areas were also amazing, large and relaxing with lots of furniture, a hot tub and a gas BBQ. The place has many extra thoughtful touches everywhere inside and out, and great decor and furnishings. On top of it all, it was very clean and everything was in good working order. Highly recommend this rental. The only reason I put 4/5 for the location was that this is in West Sedona. It is very close (5 minute drive) to the core of the town of Sedona, but it is not in the walkable downtown core. Having said that, it was walkable to a very good shopping center (Whole Foods, Starbucks, Stagecoach Grill) and the neighborhood felt safe and it was very quiet. Also, if you are heading out for hikes and other activities to the West, you avoid the busy traffic of the downtown core which is a plus.

A Hidden Gem

From the beginning of booking this hidden gem to the moment we had to say good- bye, this was the Best experience we have ever had with VROB. Our stay could not have been more comfortable. It was overly equipped and offered us more than we could ask for. Everything was at our fingertips. After our long day of exploring Sedona we came home to the best of everything. Even a comfortable hot tub to prepare us for a wonderful meal prepared in this chef kitchen to then a very comfortable bed to rest in. We felt like we were in a plush home. The Zen Garden home was definitely Zen!! One we will most definitely go back to. Don't miss this beautiful home! It's a True Hidden Gem!!

Perfect in every way

This is THE house to book for your trip. Everything about our stay was perfect. Del was an amazing host, made check in a breeze and made sure we had everything we could need. The house is very well stocked. Plenty of towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, even laundry detergent. Everything was in working order and clean. The house is very calming and quiet. The back yard is a true oasis from the busy and crowded downtown areas. The hot tub was the cherry on top. If this property is available for your stay, this is the one to book!

Great Value, Centrally Located

I just returned from a seven-day personal retreat in Sedona, and I couldn't have been happier with this stay. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, central to everything, this sweet house is a must-stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The kitchen had everything you needed; I cooked in the entire time. Whole Foods is a five-minute walk. The massive backyard has a hot tub, grill, and plenty of seating and space to do yoga. Super private with courtesy shielding between the neighbors. Thanks for a great stay.

Home Away from Home

The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to booking. I was pleasantly surprised that the property was even nicer in person than online photos. Very clean home with extra special touches such as Simple Human soap dispensers and trash cans, plush towels, nice, very comfortable mattress, bedding. Hot tub looked wonderful but didn’t have a chance to use it. Backyard was very relaxing space with multiple cushioned chairs and fire pit. If there were anything to critique it might be the price point. I had to decide if we want to stay in a highly rated hotel or this home for close to the same price. Overall I decided I wanted the privacy and space of a home. I made a good choice for our Sedona trip. Appreciate that Owners were available if we would need anything. iI would definitely recommend this home to those wanting to stay in west Sedona!

Sedona in the summer

The home was beautiful and well equipped. Unfortunately, there were issues with the air conditioning which made this home uncomfortable in the summer. There was a thermostat that could be used but the owner had it preset to the temperature that they wanted to be set at for cost savings. 78 degrees during sleep hours with flannel sheets on the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Sedona Getaway

The house is an absolutely amazing property in West Sedona that is right smack in the middle of everything. Close proximity to the grocery store and restaurants the location cannot be beat. The actual home itself was beyond perfect. Comfortable bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, and a warm and inviting living area with a beautiful open concept ceiling and kitchen. The backyard is a great addition- the hot tub alone made it more than worth the cost of admission after long days of hiking! Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great space in a perfect location.

This is a wonderful, clean house located in the west side of Sedona. It's very close to food, hikes, bike/Atv rentals and more. House has everything stocked and extra items on hand. Host is very responsive with any questions and will meet you at check-in to go over details about the house. Backyard with spa was very nice after long days of hiking. We will definitely rent again if we go back to Sedona. Thanks!

Lovely home close to everything

My partner and I really enjoyed staying st Del and Shel's property in Sedona - so close to everything with a lot of space to stretch out when we weren't out and about. Thoughtful amenities, including a hot tub and a spacious back yard, along with an informative and communicative host!
