  • Located in Sedona in front of Elephant Rock between Chapel of The Holy Cross and Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village, this adorable house offers 3 king beds and 1 twin bed across 3 bedrooms. A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep 2 more to make a total sleeping capacity 9 adult sized travelers. With amenities like a 6 person hot tub, firepit table, propane 5 burner barbecue grill, WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer guests can relax in comfort. There is ample parking on the property and space for RV's! Please inquire about RV parking. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for convenience. The living room with sleeper-sofa and circular loveseat provides extra room to unwind. Come experience the fantastic charm of this tremendous property. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The patio and views were amazing! The location was great, allowing easy access to the shops in town or to the Village of Oak Creek. The house was clean and the host was easy to communicate with.. would definitely stay here again next time!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to trails, and plenty of entertainment options which made it easy to keep everyone in the family happy. The house itself was beautiful both inside and out and everything was spotless upon arrival. The master bathroom was especially beautiful and had a nice view. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate which we really appreciated. We traveled as a family and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. No complaints at all, would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 6 adults. It was clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms semi update. The location was perfect. Just outside the very busy uptown area. Would highly recommend. Host was very nice and communicative.

Home was very clean and Phillip was very quick to answer any question. Location was outstanding, oh yea, along with the views were amazing.I also own several vacation rentals on VRBO so I expect the same level of home we have in the ones we rent, and this one did not disappoint. We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sedona. This beautiful rental home was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and then some. Very convenient to drive to town and everywhere we wanted to go. Communication with the host was great. We highly recommend this rental home for anyone visiting Sedona.

Great views and location! Comfy home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable the views were outstanding. Overall we had everything we needed for a great stay. Our host gave us very clear directions for before and after our stay which made it very easy to get in and get everything set up.

Such a wonderful place

Everything about our stay was great. The house is in an excellent location with beautiful views and is well stocked with supplies. The inside is lovely with a perfect SW feel and plenty of space. The hot tub is great for taking in the stars.

Incredible Space

The property is in an awesome location near downtown. The layout of the home is also great for a group of people and the view from the patio is great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend Phil’s place to anyone visiting Sedona.

Beautiful, quiet spot to stay. This home is in-between the busier bits of Sedona in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was an easy drive to everywhere in Sedona. The home was was well stocked and cozy. There are lots of sliding doors to open if the weather is nice. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio, as well as the hot tub.

The host was incredibly responsive. The place was super clean and had amazing views. It was super close To downtown Sedona and amazing restaurants next-door. The location was awesome. The bedrooms were spacious, and it was just the right southwestern vibe we were looking for!

Long Weekend Getaway

The location and the views were phenomenal. While there were parts of the home that were outdated, and shower heads made for shorter folks, the home was clean, secure, and very accommodating. The host was responsive and the process was easy to get in and out. Would stay here again.
