"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"Such a wonderful place to stay. The owner was so great and easy to communicate with and answered all my questions very timely. The unit is perfect, has an attached garage, big tv and fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend and will be back again for sure! 10 stars!"

"Nice, welcoming, and clean place! About a 3 minute walk to beautiful views of Manhattan island across the Hudson river, and 20 minute bus ride to Times Square (views from there are beautiful as well). Host is also very friendly and communicative :) "

"My stay sas great although there were some hiccups along the way. Our host jay stayed communicative throughout the whole stay even compensating me when my stay didn’t turn out I’d hoped. All in all a great place and better host. 10/10"
