Worst ever experience here. Compounded by the host who was defensive and did not respond honestly to try to remedy our situation. There may be a building code issue here, electrical capacity is insufficient and there is no warning not to use electrical appliances together (we’ve stayed at other VRBOs which do give such a warning). We arrived at dinner time and brought food to cook for dinner. We were cooking food in the microwave while our grand daughter was using the hair dryer in the bathroom. The fuses blew and instantly there was no electricity and darkness in the kitchen, the bathroom and one bedroom. We tried to find a fuse box in the unit, found none, called the host and after a delay he responded and told us there was a fuse box in a separate maintenance room next door. We got to the maintenance room and tried to reboot the electricity turning off and on all the available fuse switches, but nothing worked. As a result, we were not able to cook our dinner leaving it to go bad. And kitchen and bathroom was unusable and half the unit was in darkness. The host was unwilling and/or unable to come and fix the problem himself. He was unapologetic, insincere and just making excuses. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but had to check out early and find another place to stay the 2nd night. We got a refund for the 2nd night but nothing for the nightmare of the 1st night. This is absolutely the worst experience I had ever had with Expedia and VRBO.

Exactly what we needed

Beds and linens were super comfortable! Just a quick 30 min drive to get into all the tourist parts of downtown Seattle!Floors were a little bit cold staying here in March, so pack some warm socks. Good communication, great stay!

Great location, walkable into downtown Redmond and train. Cute inside, very clean, almost sterile with almost no art on the walls in the entire house. Plenty of towels and closet space. Easy communication with the owner. Its on the street but we didn't hear any street noise, very quiet. I would recommend staying here!

Convenient downtown location

Our second time at one of Alexis's places. We had a very comfortable stay here. Location is walkable to Redmond shops, restaurants and transit center. Comfortable beds, great off street parking, great shower, spacious, coffee and tea are added bonus. Will definitely stay again when we're visiting Redmond.

Enjoyed our stayed!

Alexis was wonderful at communicating our questions/needs. This spot was perfect for us to stay and visit friends and loved being closed to downtown Redmond. The pictures are accurate with it seeing in person and beds were very comfy!

Loved it

Communication was great very easy to get into. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find such a fun stay. There are no TVs in the bedrooms which didn’t bother us, but it might bother some people.

Great location in Redmond

This location was ideally situated close to downtown Redmond and was easy to find. Parking behind the unit was very convenient. Plenty of space for the two of us and could easily accommodate 2-3 more people. Check in and out process was very simple and Alex didn't require us to complete any "chores" before we left. We would stay here again.
