Pros: incredible views, easy parking, very nicely appointed space.Cons: you can’t flush toilet paper in the toilet. You have to put it in a trash can by the toilet. Think about that for a second. Gross.

Amazing & so very grateful!I needed to move out of my house for a bit and this was the absolutely perfect home away from home. The hosts Dale and Ping were so thoughtful and keep amazing care of their rentals and the property surrounding. I stayed in the studio for a week and then moved over to the one bedroom. Both had everything you need and loved being able to do laundry. Oh and can't forget to mention the view is spectacular and so peaceful.Thank you Dale and Ping!

An amazing stay in every way! The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All the rooms were spacious and kitchen and bathroom well stocked with everything we needed. The host was constantly available, helpful, and responsive to questions and requests.The views of Puget Sound and mountains were spectacular from every room and from the patio which had a table with 4 comfortable chairs and a grill. I can't imagine there would be a better view anywhere. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful view, very clean, well-kept unit, reasonable rate.Listing shows check-in 4p, & I let host know we’d arrive 10p. Flight delay meant 11:30 arrival. Entrance can be tricky 1st time (since it was late the only light was from my phone) since you pass an adjoining studio before reaching 1BR. In dark I accidentally entered code on studio, then realized correct way around corner. After that, no prob.For new arrivals: entrance is LEFT of garage, DOWN stairs, PAST 1 door (this is the part I missed), then AROUND corner facing WATER.AC/heat is host-controlled vs inside unit. 1st night I tried w windows closed, 2nd night w window open, but still warm. After those 2 nights I reached out, & host responded right away, explained he controls temp & lowered it 1. Daytime was comfortable w or w/o window open. Host suggested not to sleep w window open or it could trigger heater.Host was responsive & checked in. I was surprised when he later stopped by w/o notice, but it was w helpful intent. He had earlier asked via msg if he could check vents/sensors; I declined as we hadn't touched either.Checkout simple: don’t wash linens, leaving small trash ok. Fridge had a few items on arrival, so we left some too, and trashed what had been their already if it would spoil, but later learned he prefers fridge cleared.Overall: very nice property w beautiful view, responsive host, & a few notes for future guests. Host said he’ll note temp control in listing. Quick replies.

The place was beautiful with an amazing view of the Sound! So relaxing and peaceful! Dale was very helpful and provided great ideas on things to do while we were visiting! The place had everything we needed, even laundry pods so I came home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Thank you Dale for sharing your place with us! We hope to come back next year.

What an amazing view. After a busy day of sightseeing in Seattle we ended every day sitting on the patio watching the fantastic sunset. The place was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Perfect honeymoon getaway

The property is nestled in a quiet and beautiful area of Burien. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and the quiet solace. All amenities are provided to make for a comfortable stay. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend for a perfect getaway!

What A View!

The view is incredible from out back of the property! Sunset and sunrise are gorgeous. Communication was great, Dale is just a message away with any questions, concerns or even a conversation on great spots to explore. The space was very clean with plenty of accommodations for a relaxed stay. Highly recommend this place for a get away for a quiet secluded vacation, with a short trip away from Seattle proper.

Quiet, serene and peaceful place

Our stay was overall really great! The pros outweighed any negatives. The pros of this suite is truly the view. Waking up to it really was so peaceful and relaxing. We also felt the suite was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which is always a concern for us. And the location was quiet and perfect for us. As for things we weren’t really expecting was not being able to flush any toilet paper. We understood the septic tank situation as explained by the host but we just weren’t expecting this little inconvenience. But the suite in itself we would absolutely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Stay in Burien with a View

We stayed in the 1BR unit. It is great, very nicely set up, lots of room, clean and nice! The view is terrific and though we did not have the opportunity to spend time out on the deck, it is well set up and there is a BBQ available.The host is responsive but though they are in the same building (one floor above) we did not see them basically at all and there was no sense that they were paying attention to us. If we have another occasion to be in the area, we would certainly try to stay here again.

Beautiful spot above Puget Sound

This was the perfect place to stay outside the noise of Seattle. There was a place for daily yoga, lots of hikes within a 30 minutes drive and a cute downtown too. Dale is a very attentive host and is very willing to help with any questions. We were happy to just sit and enjoy the view, both from inside or outside on the patio. Thank you Dale!

Peaceful stay

We spent the last 7 days at this sweet spot; beautiful quiet view of Puget Sound. It was very clean and has everything we needed; we even enjoyed cooking a steak dinner one night in the outdoor grill while enjoying the view. Dale and Ping are super sweet!

Awesome place

Can’t beat the VIEW!! This place was great. Clean, new, well-stocked. But the view was the star of the show. Lovely evenings on the patio watching the activity on Puget Sound. Would 100% stay here again. Loved it!!

Never Disappoints

Another fantastic stay. Always very clean, quiet and has amazing views. This is our favorite spot to stay in the Seattle area. Dale is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this property.
