  • Two-bedroom condo in the heart of downtown Seattle. *99 Walk Score --near everything (walk to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, local grocers, upscale restaurants and more). *100 Transit Score (10 min walk to the light rail that goes to and from the airport). *Free dedicated parking space behind the unit. *2 queens (1 in each bedroom) and a fold-out sofa. *Smart home enabled with Alexa, TV's with cable, and more. *Generous amounts of coffee provided. This charming downtown Seattle condo is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a dedicated parking spot. It is a smart home enabled with fast Wi-Fi internet access. Guests will have full access to the condo (minus the supply closet). I will be available through messenger for any questions. Details and the appropriate door codes will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. For early check-in or check-out, advanced approval is required. This condo is nestled in the downtown Seattle neighborhood of Belltown. It is a prime location with easy access to transportation anywhere in the city and/or Seattle hot spots like Pike Place Market or the Space Needle. Check out the Visit Seattle Belltown guide: https://visitseattle.org/neighborhoods/belltown/ This condo is located very close to any public transportation you could ask for. It is a 10-min. walk from the light rail which goes directly to the Seatac International Airport, buses, etc. Outside of public transit the condo is a block away from several Zipcar locations and of course you can also take Uber, Lyft, or a Taxi cab. Come and go as you please, just please take good care of the space!

The property is centrally located in an easily walkable neighborhood close to many of the attractions. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and professional. Definitely worth the stay

Great stay for downtown Seattle, walking distance to Space Needle, Aquarium, Pike Place Market plus many restaurants. Also right next to Top Pot Doughnuts. As noted in the description details, it is next to the monorail and in the middle of downtown so you hear the city hustle but we had no issues sleeping soundly. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely historical building in downtown Seattle. IT was beautifully upgraded, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ashley was kind, and delightful to interact with. She provided clear instructions about check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, walked to Pike Market, Space Needle and Jazz Alley. Space is small, but has all amenities you would need. Beds were very comfortable and included parking space is a bonus.

Ashlie's apartment was great for a family of 4. We visited in late July with daytime temps in the high 80s, but the A/C unit in the living room kept the whole apartment cool, provided that we kept bedroom doors open at night. This location is walkable to a lot of stuff, but most importantly a coffee/breakfast sandwich place across the street and a coffee/doughnut place next door. Ashlie offers a parking spot, but we did not need it because you can walk almost everywhere from this location. We took an Uber to Lake Union, but otherwise walked for our whole Seattle trip. We would love to stay here again when we return.

The location of this listing was so perfect for our little family of three to explore Seattle! It *is* loud at night, but the sound machines were enough to drown them out. The monorail passing by out front was really neat, and we went to Top Pot Doughnuts next door every morning (and some evenings for dessert, haha). SO MUCH was within easy walking distance, even with a teenager in tow -- Pike Place Market, the Space Needle/Museum of Pop Culture, the Seattle Aquarium, The Spheres, and a ton of amazing stores and restaurants. The place was very clean and well stocked. Having a parking spot was clutch. The beds were so comfortable. We loved staying here and would love to go back in the future!!

Belltown Gem

My family of 5 (husband and 3 teenagers) absolutely loved this Belltown condo! The location was perfect, access was simple, and it had a parking spot, which made life infinitely easier. It was so cute, clean, and well stocked, and I would highly recommend it!

Fun in Seattle

I have stayed at this location twice and have loved it both times. It's situated in a wonderful spot with easy access to many of the wonderful sites Seattle has to offer. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Also, Ashlie was prompt and helpful in her communications. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment.
