Our stay in the Cozy Laurelhurst Apt was wonderful! Besides the obvious care that the host put into decorating to apartment, a lot of thought was given on what it would take to make a stay welcoming as if you were in your own home. It was very clean, quiet and well stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking aids. The bathroom has heated floors and the living room has a fireplace heater that works very well for Northwest cold, rainy mornings. We will most certainly choose to stay again for our next visit to Seattle.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in early October and appreciated all the thoughtful & organized care the host had taken to ensure all needs of guests were met. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and located in a picturesque residential neighborhood. Groceries and shopping are a short drive away and easy street parking is available around the apartment. We visit Seattle frequently and will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful home. Parking out front was plentiful and the accommodations are very comfortable. This location is close to UW and I was easily at the campus within 8-10 minutes from the time I left.

Highly recommend!

My teenaged son had a camp program at UW, so we stayed here 3 nights. This cozy apartment was perfect for us with quick drive to campus! My son slept on the pull out couch bed, and I had the bedroom queen bed. Both were very comfy. When we first arrived, it felt like a spa walking in with such a relaxing, serene setting. There is a grapevine growing on a trellis outside the entrance which provides lovely shade to the unit as well as to patio seating area. The kitchen had everything you might need. I had to work for a couple of the days during our stay; the unit was quiet and conducive to working. Katya was so thoughtful in reaching out to be sure we were doing ok. Would definitely stay again!

Would definitely stay again

The unit was great. Double doors open onto a nice wood deck with furniture under a grape arbor. Lots of shade. The kitchen was FULLY stocked…the best I’ve seen. The queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom is functional and includes a stackable washer/dryer. I probably wouldn’t rent if Seattle was having a heat wave as I need AC but it was fine while we were there. The owners live upstairs and were very responsive but not intrusive.

Beautiful home in peaceful neighborhood

Hello,II just wanted to share my enthusiastic feedback about our recent stay at this rental property. My family and I stayed there for a few days, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.Katya was an incredibly gracious host, and everything described in the listing was absolutely 100% accurate. The home was immaculate, kept clean, and provided a comfortable living area and bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We even cooked a couple of nights there, and it was so nice to have a warm, home-cooked meal during our vacation.I can't recommend this rental enough. It provided us with a wonderful and memorable experience, and we will most definitely be back.Thank you once again Katya for making our stay so enjoyable.

Delightful Lauerlhurst

Quiet, clean, with lots of special features from a lovely private deck, to a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting and sleeping areas. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel very welcomed.

So Cozy, Cushy & Comforting-an Ideal Place to Stay!!

We decided to surround ourselves with Pine trees rather than Palm trees this Christmas & decided to travel to the Pac NW to celebrate. We let our hostess, Katya know prior to our arrival of our small cockapoo 12yr old dog, that we may need a dogsitter, as we had planned to dine out a lot & he had separation anxiety so didn't want to disturb them with his howling & crying. Well as it turned out, she dog sits, which was ideal. The apt was underneath her home, & was extremely comfortable, charming & beautifully decorated. It had everything one would want for a short or long term stay. We were concerned if we would hear the owners movement in the early a.m. but they were quiet, so no need to worry about that. Everything worked beautifully, and the place was the definition of cozy & cushy. Katya & Lee were a gem to take on our anxious pup, & we got to meet their adorable pup Frannie who was just a lovebug! We can't say enough wonderful things about the apt or Katya who was so enjoyable to deal with & easy to engage in conversation. The one thing I would caution that I don't remember being mentioned in the description is there are a lot of steps to get to the landing of the front door of the apt. So if you have knee or hip issues, keep this in mind. Lastly plenty of street parking & the neighborhood is in a high end very wealthy area. Very safe & very beautiful! We will be back! Highly recommended!

Perfect location and amenities!

The host was very responsive and couldn’t have been nicer. The place is PERFECT for a couple of a single and is walking distance to the university district. Easy access for driving to downtown Seattle. Try Bamboo sushi near U of W and Oxbow Bagels. The home is clean…. GREAT neighborhood. All around 5 stars. 👍
