Fantastic spot!Location was perfect for both walking in the neighborhood and driving around the city. Teresa was communicative and helpful. I LOVED her info binder that included everything I need to know about the property and great recommendations for things to do and eat. It was thoughtful, funny and personal. The property was immaculate and nicely set up. I appreciated the dedicated parking space and having a washer/dryer.I will absolutely stay again and have recommended it to Seattle friends for when they have people visiting.

For anyone tall that is traveling the place is great but the parking area is small if you have a big vehicle and the ceiling height is about 6’4” and I’m 6’6”I didn’t realize that when I booked but all in all a 5 star stay in a great location!

The place was a very pleasant, comfortable and cozy space, especially in traveling with my elderly parents. I appreciated also that Teresa from City Haven, checked in with me to make sure we had what we needed. Initially, it was a little confusing where to go to park (entry was not at the street address but rather the back wrapping around the next street over). In addition, a clearer address or name (City Haven III) at the door of the unit would make it easier for guests to know which one is which upon arriving-I was trying to go in the (wrong) unit in front of where I parked (made sense at the time). A clearer sign would be helpful when we first arrive. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed during the Fremont solstice and you cannot beat the location of this VRBO. Walking distance to the zoo, downtown Fremont and the E line bus to Seattle. Best lower unit we’ve ever stayed in.

This was an exceptional place to stay! Close to restaurants, the Woodland Zoo and transit. The house was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we could need. Teresa was fantastic and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this home!

City Haven III was perfect for our family of four’s recent stay in Seattle! The location is fantastic to so many different areas (downtown, Ballard, Green Lake, Fremont, etc). We especially loved the short four block walk to the zoo! The owners did a fantastic job making this basement apartment feel cozy and we were pleasantly surprised with how light and bright it felt. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here so we could go easily to Lumen field. Transportation was close as well as cute restaurants and coffee shops. Communication was fast and easy. The house was perfect for us.

The property was clean and as described. It was right next to the bus station, so super easy to go down town. The only only thing to note when staying here is that you are in a basement unit (which is states in the listing ).We were unlucky enough that the people staying above us seemed to need to pace the entire length of their house through all hours of the night so it was hard to sleep!

The apt was exactly as shown, very clean, entry lock easy, and communication with host excellent. All the basics are included; perfect for a short stay. The location couldn’t be better… bus stops right outside! Try Lupo pizza… omg!

Cute little cottage! Quiet and secure. Great location to walk to the zoo, grocery store, and quaint eating establishments. And the Troll Bridge is just a short drive from the cottage.

We stayed here because I needed somethings close to the UW medical center. Location was great for that, plus good food nearby, and nice walking areas! For not being a large space, it did not feel cramped at all. It was well stocked. Parking was sufficient! The host was eaay to reach and communicate with.

The apartment was clean, thoughtfully renovated and spacious. It is well stocked with kitchenware and appliances and plenty of large towels. The owners included many things guests might need, like a vacuum, washer and dryer and a portable crib. The friendly owner was quick to reply to questions, and her binder of information was so helpful. Thermostats in all rooms were a helpful feature since the spring temps were chilly.
