Location cannot be beat! I came with my two teenage daughters for a 3 day Seattle stay. Pros of the property started with the ease of using the Link train from the airport and being dropped off literally two blocks away. You can watch the action of the waterfront from the balcony and walk there in minutes. Pikes Place is a few blocks away. Can also walk a few blocks to the monorail to go to the Space Needle. The condo has a memory foam mattress that serves as the third sleeping option and it was perfectly fine in the living room. No AC, but fans and windows open at night cooled the place off. Enjoyed the balcony for coffee mornings very much. Our downside was with the windows open and the location so close to everything, there’s a lot of road noise at night. I did sleep with earplugs to lessen this. (And boat horns during the day)

Harbor Fun

This property was perfect for two of us wanting to be close to downtown Seattle attractions! The communication from the property manager was excellent with very clear directions about check-in/check-out, along with more information about the property. The views from the property and especially from the balcony were spectacular, and we were easily able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. Since the weather was still cool, the lack of A/C wasn't an issue for us, as the multiple fans provided in the property were able to be set up to move the air from the windows throughout the apartment. The exercise facility on property was a bonus for us, and the restaurant options within easy walking distance were also a perk. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

A fabulous hideaway in the center of everything

This was my second stay at Harbor Steps with Picture Properties, and it did not disappoint. The location is unbeatable- just a couple minutes on foot to Pike’s Place Market. Views of Puget Sound from the property are incredible. Units are clean and checking in/out is easy.

Seattle getaway with a View

An excellent location right downtown. Apartment is in an older property, but the view is incomparable. Buildings have a 24-hour door person at the main entrance and provide a secure, comfortable location. Being able to shop at Pike's for the catch of the day and cook it up in a well-appointed kitchen was just what we wanted. We feasted at the dining table in front of a view of Elliott Bay. The sheltered balcony was a cozy place to enjoy the fresh air! We'll visit again!

Wolf in sheeps clothing

We were lured in by the pictures. We were very disappointed in the condition and furnishing of the condo. It felt unkept, the bedding was dated and not comfortable, the pillows were very fiat and were missing some pillowcases. The bathroom was in disrepair not feeling very clean and the towels were very cheap and not nice. The air was very stagnant, the provided fan was not sufficient for comfortable sleeping. The living room lighting was falling apart and didnt have light bulbs.

Great location and view!

Just finished a 4 night stay… great location and beautiful view! Apartment was comfortable. The fan in the bedroom cooled the room down at night without needing to open windows (which we did first night and it got noisy on the street below early in the morning). No need for a car here. Walked north to the Space Needle and south to the T-Mobile stadium and everywhere in between. Debra, the host, is very responsive to emails if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for sharing your place!
