"It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay."

"The location is great and was close to everything we needed. Grocery store less than :5min, quiet and not on a main road. Our stay was quick, one evening, so we didn’t use any kitchen items. Host was quick to respond. Overall no issues, extra towels & seemed to be stocked with whatever you might need for your stay. One shower so keep that in mind. Our three adults rotated through and no complaints on losing hot water."

"The house was perfect. But, There weren’t enough towels so bring your own. There were not enough warm blankets so bring your own. Bring you hair dryer if you need one. The sheets are cheap polyester. The furniture was cheap ikea specials. Usually, I have experienced luxury at a VRBO but this place was lacking. The yard is good for older kids. "

"My family and I needed a quiet place to stay while we met up with family for a funeral. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had plenty of room for 6 adults to mingle while also having space. It was close enough to the main road for access to everything we needed, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful house and property; spacious, clean, well-equipped. Internet connection was flawless. Home theater was a nice touch. Excellent refrigerator and freezer space with two in kitchen area. Guest house was very helpful. Property well maintained and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best things in our experience was the availability of the host who responded to our concerns an inquiries super quick and was always helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to others."

"We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly. "

"We arrived to NewPort news around 2:30 and checked into the home on 245 Chapel St. @ 3pm. Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there...
