The front desk said the maintenance man will come with in 1 or 2 but didn’t come on time. Our door was fixed after 4 pm"

"La limpieza y el servicio del cuarto pésimo no me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel , 3 noches 4 días y nunca tuve servicio de limpieza ni toallas limpias "

"Excelente "

"Staff accommodating and friendly. We did however have an issue with a microwave that did not work. They offered to switch rooms but we opted not to. It was also suggested to use microwave down n the lobby. I thought that the breakfast should have been included instead of offering items that were $2.00 for a muffin. Overall, this was the second time we stayed here and will probably return."
