The best quiet retreat!

We loved staying at this property. It is so clean, fresh, comfortable and quiet. The views are incredible-all day, but especially at sunset! The location overall was just wonderful-so convenient to everything. We’ll be back!

Seabrook Getaway!

Beautiful property. Clean, lovely decor, and had everything we needed. Several deer joined us for coffee the first morning and the dolphin put on a show for us while we had our cocktail. The sunsets were incredible! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Location

The condo was perfectly located to all of the amenities and beach. The 2nd floor provided a great view of the ocean. Loved Seabrook and will come back again!

Great view and good eats

We have stayed in Pelican Watch before and loved the location, but this time our unit was updated and fresh, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was super simple, from booking to checkout. Definitely a "return to" destination. Having great restaurants close by was the cherry on top!

Perfect Sunset Week

This was our third trip to Pelican Watch condos and our favorite condo so far. The condo was very clean and had all the convinces that we needed. We liked the close proximity to the boardwalk and the Beach Club!! We had beautiful weather the entire week and the sunsets were stunning. Looking forward to our next trip!!

Celebrating Anniversary

My husband and I returned to Seabrook Island 32 years later after spending our honeymoon there (different property). It was a very relaxing week. Condo was very nice and easy access to beach. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Week

Loved location and view , especially people watching Boardwalk #9. Villa furnished comfortably. Beach Clubhouse use always such a welcomed inclusion. A needed retreat from our Michigan Winter!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Cute condo, loved the view and location. Unfortunately it rained a lot but the last night we were able to walk out to the beach. Saw several dolphins and a beautiful sunset. The condo was well equipped and just as described. It was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful water views

A beautiful view of water and terrific beach access! The condo was immaculate with updated furnishings and well stocked kitchen and baths. The weather was fantastic and would recommend this unit to enjoy all thst Seabrook has to offer!

Negatives: 1. Electric plug in kitchen did not work. 2. Electric plug in bedroom did not work. 3. No directions with either t.v. 4. Mattress was too soft and lumpy. 5. Box in hall with a Keurig sat the entire visit. Positives 1. Deck was amazing. 2. Location near walk to beach was convenient. 3. Bicycle rack nearby. 4. Well-equipped kitchen. 5. Nicely furnished. 6. Comfortable couch and chair. 7. Nice eating area. 8. Clean.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

This property is well managed. There's starter paper towels, dish detergent, etc. and having a washer and dryer available is definitely a plus. The view from the balcony is great and quick responses from the management team, make this rental easy to book and if you run into a problem, it's easy to have that resolved.

Perfect location!

We had a great stay. The location is absolutely perfect with a water view and a short walk down the boardwalk to beach. The condo was clean and well equipped with the cooking supplies needed. We would return here again. Thanks!

Just perfect

This was our first trip to Seabrook Island, but it will not be our last! The condo was wonderful with beautiful views of the river and ocean and close to the club. We loved our stay.

easy place to stay

first time in Seabrook and really enjoyed it. location of property was superb. great access to the river and ocean. awesome views! we brought our road bikes and cycled thru seabrook into Kiawah everyday.

Perfect relaxing getaway!

The views and convenient beach access made this villa a great choice. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. All of us enjoyed sitting on the deck, and we loved that we could walk down the back stairs to the boardwalk and be on the beach in seconds. On our last day, we accidentally licked ourselves out of the villa. The property managers were very understanding and brought us another key within minutes. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return.

1306 Pelican Watch

This is what I sent to Coastal Properties: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1306 Pelican Watch July 4 - July 11 2020. The location and views from the condo were perfect for our first time visiting the island.the place was set up to make us feel very private while the other adjacent properties were all respectful of each one’s privacy and quiet. We truly felt as if we were away! The property unit was good and met all of our needs, however the a few updates may be considered in the near future (mattress, bath fixtures - the master bath shower/tub faucet was difficult to pull and start) but it did not effect our enjoyment of Seabrook. The grounds were kept in very good shape and were very clean. The information provided was all we needed. The amenity cards were a must! We enjoyed several activities and dining on the island. It was nice to have a pool available as a break from the beach. All in all, a wonderful place to vacation. Thank you!
