Plenty of activities to do for the adventurous while the pool and beach are perfect for those simply looking to relax. "Nice place: good layout, fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, loved the sun room, quiet area of Seabrook Island. Really enjoyed the location and the property. Upon arrival found plates and glasses that were not clean- so we ran the dishwasher and resolved- an opportunity for the Property Manager. Also, in communication with PM- we informed them the hammock was broken. They told us it is not included in the amenities. The website listing shows 4 pictures of a hammock and mentions...

"We were already excited to stay here, and then this place exceeded our high expectations. What a fun space—we were only here for three nights, but I wish I could've stayed longer. Beautiful big windows, a fully functioning kitchen, and comfortable furniture. Best of all, the place feels lived in without making you feel like you're a stranger in someone else's house. (Also, plenty of room for two couples. ) Highly recommend! Doug and Nancy were incredibly communicative and helpful. Hope to stay...

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at the Pelican Beach Villa! This villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. Stunning views of the Edisto river. Just a quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The wildlife was incredible. We even had some deer come by as we were sitting on the covered porch. Highly recommend this villa! Thanks for having us! 😊"

"We chose this location based on the beach access right out of the back porch - it didn’t disappoint. While not a big* beach, this spot was charming and relaxing and took all of the pains of going to a public beach out of the equation - parking, restroom runs, etc. was nice to spend full days and evenings out there and be able to run back in for lunch, dinner before sunset, etc. the unit itself was very spacious and a good reprieve from the sun and heat, the only minor downside was the upstairs...

"We stayed at this condo for a short girls' weekend. The location is incredible with breathtaking views of the marsh. The view from the back porch screams low country and is where we spent the majority of our time. The outdoor furniture is very nice and comfortable making the experience even better. Future renters should note that while the condo has undergone several renovations, there are several issues that still exist. The first one is the lack of utensils in the VERY small kitchen. "Condo was great. Communication with property manager was great. Seabrook Island is beautiful. Only complaints were 1. when people moved in upstairs the noise was significant and 2. the stove is a pain to work and clean. All in all a great stay."
