Perfect ocean view Getaway for Two!

The condo was just like the pictures and description! You don’t need to bring anything but your bathing suits, flip flops and cooler! We had a 100 credit to rent an umbrella and 2 bikes. Very easy. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps out the back door and down the boardwalk. If you want a quiet and relaxing get away…this is an excellent choice! Loved watching all the wildlife! Pelicans diving for fish, crabs crawling out of their homes to find food, dolphins, and a variety of birds, and more!

Location!

What a great property right on the beach. Although it’s 1 bedroom, it has 2 baths and lots of space for us, our 2 kids and our dog. Overlooks the water and has direct boardwalk access. We loved it!

This property is at the end of Pelican Watch clise to a camp for kids. It can be a quiet area depending on the neighbors. Our neighbors were quiet enough but unfortunately, some of them smoked quesionable things and we were driven inside because of ot.the view is wonderful. It would have been nice to be able to use the patio awning but visitors are not allowed to use it. They provide an umbrella but in the evening it dies not protect from the sun. does mot shade the deck be

Quiet, Clean, Convenient

The pictures don’t do it justice! It was so nice and clean and quiet. We loved having a drink on the balcony to watch the sunset and how quick the access was to get on the beach. Also being allowed to have your dog off leash after 5pm was so fun. Love it! Hopefully doing to make this a tradition!

Quiet, Serene & Lovely

My husband and I stayed 5 nights as a getaway for just the two of us after a rollercoaster year. We appreciated the beauty of the surroundings, the general peace & quiet, in addition to the clean, well-equipped villa. We chose not to use any of the amenities because we were there to reconnect, refresh, and renew our spirits. We greatly enjoyed the serenity and healing the setting provided.

Adorable unit with beautiful sunset views

We loved this rental for our family of three for a few days. Pretty walk to the beach (seemingly more on the river than ocean). Lots of bird sounds. Gorgeous town of live oaks and Spanish moss. Fun community pool. Awesome beach walk accessible from a different boardwalk (the walk from this property is blocked by a private boardwalk). The only thing a future renter might want to consider is the camp schedule of the neighboring camp. We had some rowdy fifth graders singing “YMCA” for a couple of hours for two nights. Not so bothersome for us (we had a fifth grader in tow), but if you’d like a quiet sunset dinner on your balcony, you might check the schedule. (Noise curfew at 8p helps!)

Great property. On top floor. Stairs to consider for unloading. We loved view and the property was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Great to have 2 bathrooms and showers as adult kids joined us for a beach day.

Very nice condo right on the beach - top (2nd) floor almost on the end of the strip of Pelican Watch Villas - very quiet. Walking distance to restaurants (through neighborhood or down the beach). Close proximity to Bohicket's Marina/shops. Unobstructed water views. Lovely decor. Club access (required for pool/restaurant/amenities) fees not included with rental. We like the fact that Seabrook Island is only accessible through a security gate to renters and owners on the island. Beautiful walkable/bikeable neighborhoods filled with live oak trees covered in Spanish Moss.

Little piece of heaven

We LOVE staying in the Pelican Villas. You can watch magnificent sunsets from your condo and see dolphins swimming by. There’s great biking, golf, horseback riding on the beach and so much more. The condo we stayed in was renovated beautifully. We were sorry to leave.
