Beautifully decorated condo perfect for a quick trip with my teenage daughter. We love its location on Seabrook Island and access to the Clubhouse and all its amenities. We try to visit Seabrook once a year and love staying in this section of the island. We will be back!

Perfect Romantic Getaway

Beautiful end unit condo with expansive water views. Enjoyed long walks on the beach with our dog. Great privacy and so nice and quiet. The sunsets were gorgeous!

Beautiful views in a lovely location!

This stay was peaceful and fun! This unit was beautifully appointed, clean, and absolutely lovely. We loved the location close to all amenities and right on the beach! We appreciated that it is dog friendly and went out of our way to keep this condo pristine and clean so that other dog parents can also enjoy! We loved our stay and appreciate the opportunity to enjoy Seabrook Island and this beautiful home.

Perfect Place

Not only is Seabrook the perfect place for our nature-loving family to vacation--this villa is the perfect place to stay. It is super clean, very comfortable, and, most importantly, dog-friendly! The views of the water and the wildlife are incredible and it is a great location to access everything Seabrook has to offer. This was our second stay and we hope to stay here the next time we come to Seabrook.

We have stayed in a number of properties at Pelican's Watch. This was our favorite so far. It is a second floor corner unit in beautiful condition. Very private.

Very nice condo and location. Just had some noisy neighbors below us...kept slamming sliding doors and dog barking. We weren't around long enough to have it be a serious problem.

Awesome

Beautiful Condo! Well appointed and very comfortable. View are Amazing. I would defiantly recommend this property to family and friends. We did have a minor issue with the cable that was quickly resolved by property management "Nancy " very friendly and quick to respond resolve an issues and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property . It is a really gem!

Great property

We had a very enjoyable stay. Location in the end unit was great. I would have given the property 5 stars, but they do have a bug problem in the kitchen and hall bath. Previous guests have mentioned this and it is still not resolved. We were able to look past the bugs and still enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Just wonderful!

Awesome location! The unit was comfy, quiet, and perfect for us and our dogs. Lots to do in the area, but enjoyed morning beach walks at our place and coming back in the evening to sit on our deck for sunset. Definitely want to come back!

Seabrook Island is the Best

The location was outstanding, right on the beach with a fantastic view. The unit was a adequately equipped with comfortable furniture. The unit did have a bug issue which we made the mgt staff aware of. No bathroom door( just a curtain) was odd. I f you ask me if we would go back and stay in the this unit- absolutlely!

Great Pet Friendly Stay

Very nice end unit that's pet friendly. Beautiful views, and even though it was peak Summer travel season there was always plenty of space on the beach. We can't wait to go back.

Great getaway

The property is in a fantastic location... just steps from the beach with great views.. Very quiet and pleasant place to spend some time. Convenient to a number of restaurants and shopping (Freshfields).

Great location, a few items need addressed

GREAT location and property at Seabrook Island. Grounds are wonderful with deer and dolphins spotted daily. We were really happy with the overall condo unit and particularly its location at the very end and with great views. The property was overall very nice nice but the outlets in the bathrooms did not work and the kitchen faucet had not water pressure. It also has a foam mattress which was fine for us but others may not like. I did reach out to management on the faucet and outlets and assume they will address. Communication with them was very good throughout. The property is in good shape but worn a bit s expected

Beautiful ocean and nature views from balcony

This place was incredible. The ocean access and views were incredible! This was my first time in Seabrook and it's my new favorite beach spot. Super clean and perfect for oceanfront access. Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thanks!

Just so Perfect!

Love this space! It’s an end unit so enormous windows on two sides of living dining area. They opened up the kitchen, so spacious and sunny. Location is perfect. And you can swiftly take the back stairs to boardwalk for easy walk to the beach. Have to also say, great big flat screen with so many options for entertainment. Love the location of washer dryer too!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Loved that it's an end unit with lots of windows and privacy. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets and seeing deer in the dunes. Villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Manager was great with the one question we had about the TV remotes. And getting to bring our dog was an added plus!
