Beautiful property - felt like a home away from home! It looks just like the pictures and we loved gazing out the big living room windows at the water. The deck is one of the best views at Pelican Watch.Such a beautiful drive under the massive oaks dripping with moss. We saw so much wildlife particularly on the driftwood beach. Great beach access to the inlet side and the ocean side. A quickDrive to the Kiawah Beach walker park takes you to another great ocean front beach to explore. We fell in love with Seabrook Island and will definitely be back.

Great location, host and amenities!

My wife and I needed a getaway for just the two of us and this was the perfect place. Amazing views from the balcony to drink your morning coffee on and stare at the water! We frequented the pool, beach, clubhouse, and golf course. Everything is walking/biking distance. We have stayed here in the past and we will be back in the future.

Beautiful get away

No doubt my favorite part was sitting on patio watching the waves and dolphins - but the unit did not disappoint. Clean and very well stocked. Excellent communication from owner - made the process very easy!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Pictures are accurate. We loved walking to the beach. We didn’t mind driving to the indoor pool (9 min) as it was too chilly for the outdoor pools. Furniture was comfortable, place was clean, Mary was great. It was a quiet, relaxing week and we can’t wait to come back!

Great stay

We had a wonderful short stay here with our young family and small dog. The location was perfect for us, and the condo was beautiful and just the right size. We had beach time, our youngest rode a horse on her birthday, and we enjoyed the indoor pool nearby. We would come back!

Could not have been better

Great location which was absolutely perfect for our dog too. We are sometimes skeptical about the cleanliness when we have a dog friendly unit, but this place was immaculate. Our host was also terrific, helping out with all our questions, and even checking in toward the beginning of our stay to make sure everything was perfect.

The apartment was even better than advertised…magnificent views, lovely decor, well equipped and maintained. Access to beaches couldn’t be best. And wildlife was spectacular. Dolphins, deer and pelicans could be watched from the porch. Mary, our host, was a delight and very responsive. She went out of her way to be sure we had a great stay.

Perfect location for sun, beach and dolphins

This was our first time staying at Pelican Villas. Absolutely loved it! The location is perfect. The beach is just a few steps away and we saw dolphins almost every single day. The condo is furnished with everything you need just bring your beach towels! We definitely plan on going back.

Beautiful get-away

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch Villas on Seabrook Island. The entire island was way beyond our expectations! Our villa was a great fit for us and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. We will definitely be back!
