Great stay in Seabrook

Nicely appointmented, clean & quiet condo on Seabrook Island, perfect for two couples. Good open space with nice light, and the in suite washer & dryer was a big plus. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach, so you may want to rent bikes or an LSV if you don't have a car. We were very happy with our stay!

Beautifully appointed property

I have stayed at this property before and love it. Of course Seabrook Island and everything that it has to offer is amazing. This property in particular is lovely and very special in my opinion - the furniture, decor, little touches, books and artwork are beautiful and the entire home feels very sophisticated. Also a great layout and beautiful views of the golf course. We would stay here again!

Fantastic experience! We will be back.

Seabrook Island will be a staple for our family from now on. This unit is great for anyone hoping to make the most of the community and it’s offerings. Bikes were a huge plus!

The laundry machine broke and it was waiting for a part that possibly would take 5 days to get. Without reservation the rental company staff offered to do our laundry until it was fixed.

Beautiful Condo

This was the easiest trip I have ever booked. Upon initial booking I had easy and quick communication with owner. Owner sent updated emails prior to arrival and notified us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. The condo was an excellent condition. Very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we could ask for. The location was perfect. It was just a short bike ride to the clubhouse and beach. Everyone had an excellent time and we would strongly recommend this condo for a perfect vacation retreat.

Seabrook properties are able to charge a premium these days, but not all properties are of premium quality. This unit was fine for our needs, good size, nice living space and nicely furnished. Was able to set up my laptop and monitor on the desk and work from there. Great to have good quality washer & dryer on site. I suspect the owners know the unit's shortcomings, the bathrooms and kitchen are in need of refresh. The master shower is very small, fortunately we are not big people so it was fine. The kitchen needs more immediate attention. Little things like the blender, it must be 30 years old. The Mr Coffee maker doesn't work, the pots, pans were ok, but the baking pans are awful. I covered them in foil when baking dinners. The water dispenser on the fridge needs a new filter, water just trickles out and I was not sure how clean the water really was. The overhead kitchen light is ancient and is tempermental, high hats would be much nicer. There was a smell coming from the sink so we bought some baking soda and dumped it down regulalrly, seemed to help. Some of these items are a bit nit-picky, but I though the owners should know anyway.

Perfect long weekend trip

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed the whole experience as first timers on Kiawah and staying at Seabrook Island! Condo was wonderfully furnished with comfy beds and lots of extras and the amenities being included were a huge plus! Thanks for a relaxing family getaway!

Perfect Spot!

We loved our stay on the island, it was the perfect location. We rented bikes and had a wonderful time biking around the island. The home was gorgeous, and well suited for our party of 6!

Beautifully appointed condo on quiet tree-lined street in close proximity to beach

The home was the perfect space for my family of 5. It is beautifully decorated with an incredible collection of cookbooks that I loved reading. Easy check-in process. Great area. Very peaceful stay. The property inside and out was very clean and well kept. Only a small issue but couldn’t get the key to the garbage chute to work. Communication with Coastal Getaways was very prompt and responsive.

We had just a fantastic time staying in this villa. Pictures do not do the place justice. It is so close to the beach and golfing. We biked everywhere. Would definitely consider coming back and staying at this particular Bella

Girls trip

This is our second visit to your lovely condo. Love the new furniture. Everything was very nice...great location, directly across the breezeway from our friends who own a condo in your development. The rental and check-in process went smoothly. No complaints in that department....no complaints at all!!

Peaceful sanctuary

This unit is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly want. There are great reading spots, & books & games are provided. The wifi was secure & reliable too. The garage parking & elevator were deciding factors to rent this property so you can unload/load your car out of the weather & the 2 shopping carts saved our backs & shortened the number of trips. The only downside is that you can't walk to the beach; you have to drive to a public beach access area. There is free parking on the island & the amenities are numerous. We loved the large outdoor pool at the Lake House.

Rental Experience

This is the third time we have rented this property. It is surrounded by shade trees which really sets off the whole area. The rental is clean, beautifully appointed and well stocked in the kitchen area. It is a lovely .4 mile walk to the pool/beach complex. If there was any downside at all it would be the shower. It is really “tight” and dated. Other than that we have been more than pleased with all of our visits to 3017.
