Beautifully clean and modern unit, very comfortable. Most importantly, incredible views over Bohicket creek. Fabulous sunsets! Location is superb if you want some variety. 5 minutes from beach, 5 minutes from Freshfields and other restaurants. Loved our stay!

Love Bay Point Point Villas!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable, airy, bright, and well appointed. Climbing the stairs got old but we knew that when we booked. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place.

Very impressive condo. The views are amazing, extremely beautiful and everything as described. Me and my family stayed here for a short getaway and it was fabulous. Extremely quiet neighborhood, great pool, marsh views and the windows give you a million dollar views. Great to stand , drink your coffee and watch the birds and sunset

Lots of Stairs and a few kinks to work out

The condo was nicely updated and had spectacular views of the marsh. The only negative is the 3 sets of steep outdoor stairs to reach the unit. If you have someone in your group who has mobility issues, then this unit is not for you as there is NO elevator option. When we arrived the condo was 84 degree's and the air conditioner was not working. We were told we were going to have to move units. Fortunately, someone was able to come out late that evening to problem solve the issue. We were told the air unit was controlled by the owners of the property and they forgot to release the hold on the internal control feature. Also, a few of the fan controllers were not working and we couldn't get the fans to work. Lastly, in both showers where the glass meets the tile the is no silicone caulking and a lot of water escapes through the gap...this needs to be addressed. So....although lovely condo does seem like a few kinks need to be worked out.

Stunning views. Beautiful condo!

The property is absolutely lovely! Bright and inviting. Everything we needed for our long weekend together. Quiet neighborhood. Pool just steps from the front door. Wonderful amenities nearby. Would love to return.

Seabrook Get away

The property was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Our party consisted of three women from ages 62 to 76. The website did not accurately describe the three sets of narrow, steep exterior stairs in order to access the property. We had 3 large suitcases to get up those stairs. Fortunately, there was a worker nearby who very kindly helped with our luggage. We were able to set up help for our departure through the property manager but never were able to get it finalized until the day before our departure. It made for a few days of worry about how we were going to manage the luggage down the stairs. Other than that, the property and stay was wonderful.
